This research presented a conceptual design of damage assessment inventory for efficient response to natural disaster damage of infrastructure close to the river. It consists of classification and categorization of facilities for accomplishing the conceptual design of inventory for damage of infrastructure close to the river. However, there are arising problems of efficient management on disaster, such as poor management of data facilities and constructions which is managed by the different types of government departments. Therefore, this research presented conceptual models of damage assessment inventory on risks of damage infrastructure close to the river using the United states' HAZUS-MH to analyze damage facilities, type of asset classification, classification of domestic facilities and guidelines for computing the value of assets. Conceptual models of inventory this research presented is to be used on the data for damage response on protected inland damage assessment and to increase efficiency for evaluating detailed damage amount of private property by natural disaster and to establish a restoration plan.

The animation should be produced to attract the audience's interests. Its characters will have the intended personalities through the interactions with the audiences, discarding the attributes of the nature. These personalities form the brand identity when they are exposed visually and will be powerful brand assets which lead the animation industry to the high-value added products. The brand identity of the character, the brand assets, can be used for various products in form of licensing and is noted to make an affirmative leverage effect. In this regard, the author has conducted an empirical research on the animation characters from the viewpoint of the brand, adopting, in particular, the Brand Personality Scale (BPS), which is the output of J. Aaker's (1997) study on brand personality defined as the human properties in relation with the brand. In addition, this study determines the correlation among the animation, brand and consumers based on the Sirgy's study (1982) resulting in that the better the brand and the consumer's personality are matched, the more the brand attitude is improved. In consequence, it is found that the animation characters have three personality levels such as refinement/ability, integrity and interests. The consumer's personality is divided into the 'practical ego-image' and the 'ideal ego-image' in the survey, and the survey result shows that the brand personality of the animation character exists between them.

Traditional village forests called Dangsan forests represent unique cultural landscape as a national cultural asset in Korea with a history of more than several hundred years. Cultural heritage can retain their value when they are fully sustained their authenticity and management scheme. The Dangsan forests established in a large area have been designated as a natural monument by Cultural Heritage Administration. Small scale Dangsan forests, however, are not introduced to the public and on the verge of disappearance. Dangsan forests have a value as a core landscape element in rural landscapes of Korea. The two villages at Ijeon-ri, Cheongsong-gun have small Dangsan forests where Dangsan ritual is performed. At one of the villages, there is Jusanji Reservoir designated for Scenic Site # 105, from which the water is used for growing crops. In this study, the landscape characteristics of the Dangsan forests were investigated including rice paddy field, stream, and the Jusanji Reservoir. A conservation measure of rural landscape for sustainable management scheme was suggested by designating 'Conservation area of agricultural landscape ecology'. Dangsan forests, especially where they are in small scale like those of Ijeon-ri, tend to be neglected. The Dangsan forests ought to be recognized for their value and by providing a management scheme including neighborhood elements such as farm fields and streams they can be revitalized to be core areas for conservation of rural landscape.

Microfinance has been an important tool for the economic growth and poverty alleviation. But the success factors and risk factors have not been synthesized in academic literature. This article has paid attention to success factors and potential risk of the Grameen Bank. Grameen Bank methodology is almost the reverse of the conventional banking methodology. Conventional banking is based on the principle that the more you have, the more you can get. Founder of Grameen Bank, Professor Yunus pointed out that, "The least you have the highest you have the priority to receive a loan". On the basis of theoretical literature, there have been different kinds of success factors of microfinance observed in this paper. Key success factors of Grameen Bank are like these: innovation, strict administrative structure, adaptation and learning practice, incentive system. Complementary services such as business consulting and brokerage will contribute to borrowers' economic performance development.

Coastal settlements have a diversity of tangible or intangible local assets and are environmentally sensitive areas. The value of tangible or intangible local assets is often overlooked and there is no enough consideration for the inhabitants who have a various and acute stake in the development process of coastal settlements. The development of coastal settlements without consideration for the local circumstance, resident's needs, and local characteristics makes it difficult to achieve sustainable regeneration. There are also alienation, conflicts, and the loss of a authentic sense of place because of physical oriented development without regard to the social, economic, and cultural aspects. This research defines the components and types of coastal settlements and draws the characteristics of them around the fishery ports in Busan in the aspect of sustainable regeneration. It will be the important methods for an integrated regeneration including not only spatial and physical regeneration but also social and economic regeneration which has the preservation of local culture with living conditions, local economy activation, and community building. It will also provides the bases of sustainable development, attractiveness, and competitiveness of coastal settlements.

In order to successfully adopt and implement the Balanced Scorecard(BSC), firms need to respond adequately to the rapid changes of today's business environment and consider the growing importance of non financial factors in the business activities such as intangible assets(R&D expenditure, patent, goodwill, etc.). Our primary focus throughout this paper is on developing Key Performance Index(KPI) of BSC for R&D expenditure activities. In this study, we have developed and named PEI(Patent Efficiency Index),which is the KPI for R&D expenditure by focusing on the efficiency of a patent that is the output from the R&D expenditures. Secondarily, we have attempted to address the solution for the current problems of the traditional R&D performance measurement by using our developed PEI and examine the usefulness and effectiveness of the newly developed our PEI. According to the empirical test results, we find that the PEI is positively associated with ROA and Tobin's Q, respectively and show that our developed PEI is more effective and accurate than the traditional R&D performance measurement as a business performance measurement. Furthermore, these findings proves that we can measure and evaluate how efficiently the firms perform the R&D activities and shows that the PEI can be a critical index for evaluating firm's business performance related to the R&D expenditures.

세계 각 국은 자국의 이익을 보장하기 위해 방위산업의 기반을 강화하고 있고 갈수록 첨단무기체계를 도입 및 개발하고 있는 추세이다. 왜냐하면 방위산업은 평화와 군비경쟁이 공존하는 '균형속의 대결' 양상을 보이는 환경에서 자국의 생존을 위한 중요한 변수이기 때문이다. 한국의 방위산업도 1970년대 이후 괄목할 만한 성장을 이루었으나 구조적인 문제점을 탈피하지 못하였고 이제는 한계점에 도달하였다. 많은 방위산업 분야 전문가들은 현 시점에서 한국 방위산업의 발전과 활성화를 위한 방안들을 제시하였고, 정부에서도 자주국방의 기치 아래 다양한 개혁과 정책을 추구하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 전문가 제시 내용과 연구 논문들은 방위산업의 대해 제한적으로 정성적인 분석과 대안제시에 국한되어 있는 수준이고 시스템 사고를 통해 인과관계를 분석하여 정책적인 대안을 제시하는 부분이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구 논문에서는 방위산업의 전반적ㅇ.ㄴ 핵심요인을 식별하고 각 요인들간의 인과관계를 분석하여 한국 방위산업의 인과지도를 제시하였고 이를 통해 구조적인 문제점들을 해결하여 21세기 협력적 자주국방이 가능하도록 정책적인 대안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 향후 복잡성이 가속화되는 방위산업에서 시스템적 사고를 이해하는데 기여가 될 것이고, 정책을 결정하고 추진하는 의사결정자와 무기체계 획득업무를 담당하는 실무자들에게 반드시 시스템적인 사고에 바탕을 둔 피드백 로프를 고려해야 한다는 것을 인식시킬 수 있을 것이다. 아울러 한국 방위산업의 활성화와 발전에 기여하리라 믿는다.정보통신산업을 미시적 분석이나 세부 항목별 정량적 분석을 통해서가 아니라 산업의 발전 속성 및 경기 순환 등의 관점에서 분석함으로써 정보통신산업 정책의 수립 및 집행을 거시적 안목 하에 정립할 수 있게 한다는 데 의의를 가진다. 또한 경제변수를 묘사하는데 있어 국면전환 확산과정을 사용함으로써 향후 실물옵션 등을 통한 기술 및 무형자산의 가치평가에 있어 기초자산의 움직임을 보다 정확히 포착해 낼 수 있는 프로세스를 제공하였다는데 또 다른 의의를 갖는다고 하겠다. 수 있다. 따라서 성장 ${\cdot}$ 고용 ${\cdot}$ 분배의 조화는 바로 노동효율 증가형 기순혁신이며, 이를 위한 인적자본에의 투자라고 말할 수 있다. 본 연구가 기술경제 패러다임(techno-economic paradigm)의 시각에서 제시하는 한국경제의 성장 ${\cdot}$ 고용 ${\cdot}$ 분배를 위한 정책방향은 다음과 같은 동태적발전과정으로 요약할 수 있다 : 기초과학연구능력 확충 ${\rightarrow}$ 소화 ${\cdot}$ 흡수 ${\cdot}$ 개량 ${\rightarrow}$ 토착화 능력의 배양 ${\rightarrow}$ 자체기술개발, 선진기술 도입, 산업간 및 산업내 기술확산, 국제기술협력 ${\rightarrow}$ 기술혁신의 촉진 ${\rightarro

The objective of this study is to describe and determine how and to what extent size of firm, operating vessels and interest cost, leverage, debit maturity, growth opportunity and cash flow affect the cash holdings of Korean shipping companies. A sample of 38 Korean shipping firms for a period of 9 years(from 2005 to 2013) was selected. In panel data regression, this study finds that cash holdings are negatively affected by firm size, operating vessel size and debit maturity, and positively affected by volume of interest costs. In firm's group of relatively large volume of operating vessel, it's cash holdings are affected by debit maturity, cash flows and growth opportunity but in firm's group of small volume of it, interest cost, debit maturity and operating vessel's size are related with cash holdings. It proved that determinants of cash holdings in a high interest costing group are size of operating vessel, interest cost and debt maturity. On the other hand, debit maturity, growth opportunity, firm size and extent volume of vessels are associated with cash holdings in relatively row interest costing group.

Throughout this research course, we have analyzed the financial situation of more than 2,700 companies using credit evaluation disclosures from 2017 to 2019. The population was gathered based on the certification of Ppuri companies and Ppuri Expertise companies through the Korea National Ppuri Industry Center, accompanied by the NICE credit evaluation index. For the first time in Korea, we wanted to look at growth, profitability, and stability through financial analysis of the Ppuri industry. Through an indepth analysis, we identified operating income (rate), net income (rate), asset size, and debt ratio, along with three years of Ppuri company workers and total sales fluctuations, and looked at the financial structure per capita. In addition, financial status per person was compared by dividing Ppuri companies into six groups by employee size. Groups were 10 or fewer people, 11 to 20 people, 21 to 50 people, 51 to 200 people, 201-300 people, and 300 or more people; single individual companies were excluded for research convenience. Overall, the financial situation of Ppuri companies was judged to be in a very bad downturn, and financial indicators deteriorated over the course of the three years of investigation. In particular, the smaller the number of employees, the greater the financial fluctuations were and the worse the situations were. Among Ppuri companies, the casting industry, which is the technical starting point for the value chain of the industry, was found to also be in a very bad state, with continued workforce declines, total assets and sales reductions at severe levels, and operating income (rate) and net income (rate) also very poor. This is why we need a suitable and feasible policy direction, something that is difficult but must be allowed to develop.

The development of online content is changing the value of society very diversely and rapidly. In particular, the non-face-to-face e-sports industry is growing significantly in the current situation where the COVID-19 Pandemic has not been completely overcome. The use of NFT in the eSports industry is receiving positive reviews as a field with high potential for future growth that protects digital assets of eSports users, but at the same time, it is raising concerns that cash transactions of digital items could encourage gambling. In this study, the characteristics of the recent eSports industry and NFT were identified and classified through case studies using literature, official sites, and online news articles. Through various cases of eSports and NFT, we discussed the potential for future growth and activation plan of the NFT industry of eSports. The result is as follows. First, it is necessary to use NFT using IP of eSports event itself. Second, it is necessary to combine the functional role of the item with NFT to provide features that users can utilize. Third, it is necessary to provide users with opportunities to engage in economic activities using eSports and NFT. Finally, it is necessary to use NFT to strengthen the digital asset protection of eSports users. Through this study, it is expected to be used as a basis for further discussions on the NFT industry of e-sports and as a material for securing competitiveness.
