본 논문은 벤처기업을 합리적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가모형과 방법을 제시할 목적으로 코스닥 등록기업 중 무작위추출에 의해 선정된 99개 빈처기업을 분석표본으로 삼았으며 기업별 시장주가로 2000년 1월부터 2001년12월까지의 최고, 최저, 평균주가를 추출하였다. 본 논문에서는 벤처기업가치평가 모형으로 실물옵tus 평가 모형 쿵 성장옵션모형을 이용하여 각 기업의 현재가격, 행사가격, 변동성, 행사기간, 무위험이자율의 5개 변수로 벤처기업의 옵션가치를 산출하고 여기에 잔존가치를 현금흐름 할인법으로 한인 산출하여 그 값을 합하여 기업가치를 평가하였고 또한 현금흐름 할인법(DCF)을 이용하여 기업가치를 평가하였다. 여기에 사용된 각종 파라미터 값은 우리나라 벤처기업과 산업의 자료를 중심으로 추출하여 본 모형에 적용, 기업의 가치를 실증적으로 평가하였다.

4차 산업혁명의 도래로 사회기반시설물의 계획 및 운영관리에 있어 데이터 분석을 통한 가치추출에 대한 관심은 매우 높은 상황이다. 데이터의 가용성과 접근성, 정부 지원 등을 평가하는 공공데이터 개방지수에서 한국은 1점 만점에 0.93점을 획득하여 경제협력개발기구 회원국 중 1위(2019년 기준)를 할 정도로 매우 높은 수준(평균 0.60점)이다. 그러나 공식적으로 발표 및 배포되는 사회기반시설물 관련 정보와 심도 있는 연구 분석이 필요한 정보는 접근이 여전히 제한적이라 할 수 있다. 특히 대표적인 사회기반시설물인 상수도시스템은 대부분 국가중요시설로 지정되어 있어 다양한 정보를 획득하고 분석하는데 제약이 존재하며, 관련 국가통계인 상수도통계에서는 누수사고 등과 같은 비정상적 상황에 대한 사고지점, 원인 등과 같은 세부정보는 제공하고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 웹크롤링 및 빅데이터 분석기술을 활용하여 과거 일정기간 발생한 지자체의 상수도 누수사고 관련 뉴스를 전수조사하고 도출된 사고건수를 국가 공인 정보인 상수도통계자료와 비교·분석하였다. 독립적인 누수사고 기사를 추출하기 위해서 중복기사의 제거, 누수 관련 키워드 정립, 상수도분야 이외의 관련기사 제거 등의 절차가 필요하며, 이와 같은 기법은 R프로그래밍을 통해 구현되었다. 추가적으로 뉴스기사의 자연어 처리기반 정보추출기법을 통해 누수사고 건수 뿐만 아니라 사고발생일, 위치, 원인, 피해정도, 그리고 대상 관로의 크기 등을 획득하여 상수도 통계에서 제시하고 있는 정보보다 많은 가치를 추출하여 연계할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법론을 국내 A광역시에 적용하여 누수사고 건수를 비교한 결과 상수도통계에서 제시하고 있는 누수발생건수와 유사한 규모의 사고건수를 뉴스기사분석을 통해 도출할 수 있었다. 제안된 방법론은 추가적인 정보의 추출이 가능하다는 점에서 향후 활용성이 높을 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, the option valuation of venture business was calculated by utilizing growth option model, chosen from real option valuation method. The evaluation of venture business was estimated by adding option value to the terminal value discounted from cashflow method. As the result of the empirical analysis, ROV model applied in the Study is more reliable Han the DCF model concerning the pricing of venture business. Unlike the previous study of Schartz & Moon which only analyzed one venture business, this study estimated and analyzed the rational pricing of venture business with comparative methods using various parameters of sampling 99 domestic venture businesses.

Amid public's growing interest on garden and more leisure time of modern life-style, there is an effort by the government to utilize forest as public garden. In order to utilize forests as pubic garden, a new concept of "Forest Garden" should be defined and introduced first. Furthermore, introducing a new concept requires academically analyzing values of a new concept before a new concept is widely used. Thus, we aimed to clarify the concept of forest garden by conducting Delphi technique research and factor-analysis of survey results. More specifically, delphi technique research was conducted to extract composition elements and explanation elements of forest garden. Factor analysis was conducted on the top 25 elements and 5 values were extracted as a result. They are form, scenery, ecology, history/cuture and usefulness which are essential values required of forest garden. Forest garden should have all of 5 values and be capable of function as both forest and garden which would also need continuous maintenance. We believe this study is the first one to establish definition of forest garden and more specific and realistic definitions need to be built through continuous research, 000 experiment and on-site evaluation. We also believe that this study will serve as foundation for further efforts in building forest garden in various space and in defining proper concept of forest garden.

버섯은 특유의 향과 풍미 뿐 아니라 단백질, 다당류, 비타민, 무기질 등을 고루 함유란 저칼로리 영양식품으로서 가치가 높고, 최근에는 생체방어, 항상성 유지, 질병의 회복뿐만 아니라 암, 뇌졸중, 심장병 등의 성인병에 대한 예방과 개선효과가 있는 것으로 알려져 기능성 식품소재로서 활용가치가 높아지고 있다. 그러나 버섯류는 대부분 생체 또는 건조품으로 소비되고 있으며 재배기술이 개선되어 점진적으로 생산량이 증가되나. 수요가 이를 따르지 못해 계절적 공급과잉으로 가격파동이 우려된다. 따라서 출하조절과 버섯 수요를 확대를 위하여 영지, 표고, 눈꽃동충하초 그리고 번데기동충하초를 이용한 버섯젤리의 제조와 제품의 색도, 물성 및 기호도를 조사 비교하였다. 버섯 젤리 제조를 위한 추출액의 적정혼합비율을 선발한 결과, 영지버섯 젤리는 버섯추출액 85%, 대추추출액 10%, 황기추출액 5%를 혼합했을 때, 표고버섯 젤리는 버섯추출액 80%, 대추추출액 10%, 감초추출액 5%, 오미자추출액 5%를 혼합했을 때, 눈꽃동충하초와 번데기동충하초 젤리는 버섯추출액 85%, 대추추출액 10%, 감초추출액 5%를 혼합했을 때 가장 우수하였다. 젤화제 종류별로 버섯 추출액에 대한 응고 효과는 모든 버섯에 대해 carrageenan이 가장 효과적이었다. 버섯 젤리의 색도는 carrageenan 첨가량에 따라 큰 차이가 없었고, hardness, gumminess, chewiness는 증가하는 경향이었다. 관능은 젤화가 완전히 이루어지면서 hardness가 낮은 carrageenan 0.6% 첨가가 가장 우수하였다.

This paper aims to investigate the relationship between consumption value of sports products, upward consumption propensity, and post-purchase happiness among adolescents. The subjects of the study were extracted from adolescents in Chungcheong-do by convenience sampling method, and 257 people were used in the final analysis. Statistical methods were frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The research results are as follows. First, social value and exploratory value, which are sub-factors of consumption value, were shown to have a significant effect on upward consumption propensity, but functional value and self-value were found to be statistically insignificant. Second, social value, self-value, and functional value, which are sub-factors of consumption value, had a significant effect on post-purchase happiness, but exploratory value was found to be statistically insignificant. Third, the upward comparison propensity was found to have a significant effect on post-purchase happiness.

현재 정보의 가치가 높아짐에 따라 생체인식에 대한 연구가 많아지고 있다. 특히 지문에 대한 연구가 활발한데 기존의 융선을 이용한 특징점 추출이 아닌 지문에서 잡음이 적은 골선을 이용하고 에지 보존 평활화를 12방향각에 대해 적용함으로 보다 세밀한 에지 보존 평활화를 사용함으로 보다 정확한 특징점 추출의 방법을 제안한다.

This study was carried out to evaluate the economic value of development of separation and purification techniques of flavonoid in citrus using IRR, NPV. The separation and purification techniques of flavonoid of citrus was developed by national institute of horticultural and herbal science in Korea rural development administration. This technology could be used to improve efficiency and practicality of cultivation of citrus. The research results show that the technological value of separation and purification techniques of flavonoid of citrus was evaluated 3,155(scenario 1)~6,518(scenario 2) million won. IRR was 28.3%~61.2%, which was greater than discount rate(11.9%). NPV is 5,541~18,773 million won. Therefore, the economic validity of development of separation and purification techniques of flavonoid of citrus is identified by the results of technology evaluation.

본 연구는 '소비자중심'의 주거문화를 모색하기 위해 한국사회 신세대소비자의 주거 가치와 관련요인에 대해 수도권의 20~35세 남녀를 대상으로 자기기입식 질문지를 이용하여 실증연구하였고 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 14개 주거가치에 대해 전반적으로 중요 하다는 응답이 대부분이었다. 둘째, 주거가치의 요인분석결과 4개 특성이 추출되었고 두 맥 락으로 접근할 수 있었다 하나는 후기 산업사회로의 발전과 함께 중요하게 인식되는 주거가 치특성으로 외부환경의 편리성과 인간성 회복 인접환경의 안전과 프라이버시 내부환경의 편 리성과 아름다움을 중시하는 주거가치가 이에 속한다. 이주거가치들은 신세대소비자에게 매 우 강하게 형성되어 있었으며 공통적으로 신세대가치관이 강할수록 더 강한 것으로 나타났 다. 다음은 전통적으로 중요시된 주거가치로서 위신과 경제성 주거가치이다 이는 비교적 낮 은 수준으로 나타났으며 신세대가치관이 약할수록 더 강하게 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 기네스 기록정보, 즉 기록적 가치가 있는 기록정보에 대한 질의를 처리하는 시스템에 대하여 기술한다. 기록정보 질의의 경우 일반적으로 정형화된 형태로 나타나며 이 형태를 규칙으로 사용하여 질의에 해당되는 정답을 추출하게 된다. 기록적 가치가 있는 문장에서 해당 문장이 기록 문장임을 나타내어 주는 부사를 기록부사로 정의하고, 예로 가장 제일, 최고의, 최대의, 최소의, 최초의, 최초로 등을 들 수 있다. 기록정보 질의의 경우 용언의 포함여부에 따라 기록부사는 두 가지 유형으로 분류된다. 기록부사는 질의문 내의 지역정보 및 정답유형과 함께 정답 추출의 중요한 요소로 사용되고, 용언정보는 기록 부사의 유형, 질의문 내의 용언 포함 여부에 따라 정답 추출의 요소로 결정되어진다. 제안한 시스템은 질의분석을 통하여 정답 추출을 위한 단서를 찾고 이를 이용하여 후보 문서와 후보 문장을 검색한 후 정답 추출 규칙을 이용하여 정답을 추출하게 된다.
