Perceived value of the property and determine the satisfaction and accommodation factors impact factor in customer satisfaction, and perceived value of factors for the tourists and the the satisfaction degree of freezing gareul analysis in the following results are derived. First, the economics of accommodation, convenience to the tourists, but the perceived value and accessibility and facilities that do not affect the show better, second, the perceived value, affordability, amenities, increase tourists' satisfaction showed.

본 연구는 지역이 가지고 있는 중요한 자원을 자연 생태적 요소, 역사 문화적 요소, 시각 환경적 요소 등으로 분류한 후 충남지역 16개 시 군을 대상으로 군의 상징적 요소로서 가치 있는 자원의 발굴과 동시에 개발에 밀려 점점 사라져가는 농산어촌 대표경관의 추출을 통해 자원의 중요성을 AHP(계층 분석적 의사 결정기법)모델을 통해 분석하여 상호 중요도를 파악하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 지역의 대표적인 상징적 요소와 경관적 요소의 상관성을 파악함과 동시에 중요도에 따라 순위(ranking ordering)를 결정함으로서 지역의 정체성(identity)을 확보하고, 향후 보전할 자원의 특성을 파악함으로써 지역의 문화적, 환경적, 생태적 자원가치의 패러다임을 구축하고자 한다. 연구방법은 1차적으로 문헌조사를 통한 지역의 자원특성에 대한 분류체계를 설정한 후 전문가 집단을 선정하여 설문조사를 통한 통계적 분석방법을 사용하고자 한다. 전문가 집단은 지역에 대한 비교적 잘 파악하고 있는 지역전문가(관련대학 교수, 공무원, 연구원 등)로 구성하였으며, 1, 2차 설문을 통한 상징성 및 대표경관자원을 최종적으로 선정한 후, 3차 설문에서는 농촌 및 경관관련 전문가 집단을 재선정하여 AHP(계층 분석적 의사결정)기법을 통한 자원의 중요도를 파악하고자 한다. 분석방법은 자료의 계량적 분석을 위해 통계프로그램인 SPSS 12.0 for Windows와 도출된 상징요소의 가중치를 파악하기 위해 AHP 프로그램인 ExpertChoice 2006을 사용하여 도출된 상징요소의 가중치별 순위를 측정하여 분석의 과학성, 논리성, 타당성을 확보하고자 한다.

Corporate primary goal has shifted from profit-orientation toward broader socially motivated perspectives, over the recent year. According to this phenomena, extensive research have been conducted to assess the empirical association between CSR and firm value. However, the results of previous studies are largely indeterminate which are attributed to the ignoring various indeterminate variables between CSR and firm value. Specifically, the purpose of this paper verifies the empirical association between CSR and firm value with considering capital constraint as core moderator variable by using structural equation modeling(SEM). Main results of this paper are as follows. We find that firms with better CSR performance face lower capital constraint and capital constraint is significantly related to firm value in negative direction, also. The result suggest that better CSR performance is associated with superior stakeholder engagement, in turn, CSR initiatives leads to firm value creation. Also, the capital constraint still remain positive to firm value even if capital constraint is considered moderator variables. Our findings implicated that CSR literatures should consider moderator variables, such as capital constraint, which could be affected firm value.

The innovation is an important element controlling national economic growth and the competitive power reinforcement of the company. The developed nations concentrate interest on upbringing and investment in knowledge intensive industry and advanced technology base industry for national competitive power reinforcement. I support in particular it as Korean representative industry in the case of the advanced technology base industry positively in the government. Though a patent can become the important competition predominance element of the company by such an advanced technology base industry, this and the proof study in the country to be concerned with are the facts that are not enough now. As for the article of the book, what kind of difference there is in importance by IT and BT industry distinction comment on current events value factors of the patent valuation; of the study is aimed. I derived an importance factor among factors shown in the valuation model of the patent valuation organization and an existing precedent study for comparison analysis in the study and used it. In addition, it was analysis hello it utilized AHP technique, and what kind of difference patent value evaluation important factors showed by IT and BT industry distinction. This study is a new evaluation using the Arrhenius equation, which is known as the chemical reaction rate estimation equation, to evaluate the intrinsic and extrinsic value elements of patents as a model. The performance of the evaluation model was superior to the SVM, Logistic reg. and ANN models that were used as patent evaluation models in prior studies. In addition, there was a strong correlation between the predicted lifespan of the patent and the actual lifespan of the patent. These evaluation models may be used for evaluation purposes only, or if an evaluation is required, including a commercialization entity or technical characteristics.

본 연구는 서울시 도시녹지를 1평을 늘리는 것에 대한 시민들의 지불의사금액(WTP)을 이단계 이선 가상가치법으로 계산함으로써 도시녹지의 경제적 가치를 평가하고, WTP에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 종류와 영향력 정도를 밝히기 위해 수행되었다. 지불도구는 기금이었으며, 'fat-tail problem'없이 WTP를 계산하기 위해 생존분석을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 서울시민들은 생활녹지 1평을 늘리는데 약 23,400원을 기부할 용의가 있었다. WTP에 영향을 주는 변수는 자연환경태도(NEP), 구조적 제한요소, 소득 및 환경보전을 위해 편리함을 양보할 의사이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 도시녹지의 개발 또는 보존과 관련된 정부의 의사결정이나 도시녹지 관련 예산 확충을 요구할 수 있는 기본 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

This research focus on analyzing the quality of clothing product in view of consumer's sensibility trend with a emphasis on measuring objective quality of pruduct. The fuzzy logic-based multi attribute model has been developed in order to evaluate the quality of clothing product. The overall quality of a clothing products can be divided into two distinct terms, product quality and brand value. Those two values are further analyzed with a relation to human sensibility.

고객가치에 기반을 두지 않은 소프트웨어는 블루오션을 창출할 수 없고, 기존 시장에서 우위를 점유할 수 없으므로 최근에는 고객가치와 품질 향상에 초점을 맞춰 소프트웨어 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 시장에서 우위를 차지하기 위한 중요한 요소 중 하나가 비용인데, COTS 기반의 개발방법은 시장출하 시간의 단축과 비용절감의 효과가 있어 관심이 증가하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 고객가치를 창출하고 소프트웨어 품질을 향상시키기 위해 고객가치와 COTS의 품질속성을 고려하여 COTS를 선택하는 요구공학방법론을 제시하였다.

지구상의 광물, 암석, 화석 그리고 지질구조, 지형 등의 개개의 지형 지질학적 요소의 특성과 다른 대상과의 상호관계를 지질다양성이라고 한다. 지질다양성은 지형 지질에 내재되어 있는 본질적, 문화적, 심미적, 경제적, 기능적, 연구 및 교육적 가치를 이해하고 보전함으로써 유지 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 지질다양성에 대한 흥미와 이해를 높이기 위해 학술적 보전 가치가 있는 강원도 영월지역을 선정하여 그 특징을 분석하고 지질다양성을 효율적으로 활용하는 방안을 제언하고자 한다. 강원도 영월지역의 지질다양성에 대한 조사는 지형경관 자원과 지질특성의 희소성, 대표성, 학문적 가치 및 활용가치에 중점을 두고 전문가와 협의하여 보존가치가 있고 지리적으로 접근하기 편리한 노두 8곳을 선별하였다. 선별된 8곳의 노두는 고생대의 암석과 지층, 뚜렷한 퇴적구조, 화석, 규모가 크고 전형적인 하천지형이 나타나는 곳으로 지질유산(지형 지질)의 내재적 가치와 지구과학적 이해를 도울 수 있는 대상지이다. 대상지의 지질다양성에 대한 조사를 토대로 야외 지질학습장과 지질공원 및 지질명소, 과학적 특별흥미지역 등을 개발하여 제공함으로써 지형 지질에 대한 자기주도적 학습 능력 신장과 지구과학에 대한 흥미와 이해를 증진시키는 장을 마련해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 과학적 가치와 더불어 사회적, 문화적 가치를 부여하여 보전함으로써 지질유산(지형 지질)에 대한 새로운 시각이 생길 것이다.
