브랜드는 장기적으로 꾸준히 육성하고 쌓아나가는 자산과 같은 개념이다. 한국능률협회컨설팅(KMAC)이 주관하는 한국산업의 브랜드파워(K-BPI) 조사결과, 소비재 일반부분 중 종합문구부문에서 모닝글로리는 11년 연속 1위로 소비재일반 카테고리에서 가장 로열티가 높은 브랜드 최상위 권을 유지하고 있다. 브랜드 가치 평가의 구성요소를 추출한 후, 모닝글로리 브랜드의 주요 특징을 정리하여 현 브랜드 환경을 살펴봄으로써 본 연구는 브랜드 정책의 방향을 수립하는 데에 지침이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to present a framework for sales activities necessary for the successful sales development in the sales process of value-based selling and to explore individual sales activities for successful value-based selling. When we understand value-based selling as a procedural progression in the sales process, integrate it into the sales activity framework, and segment your sales activities to identify the key activity elements for successful execution, the intrinsic effect of value-based selling can be achieved. Sales activities related to the success of value-based selling are reflected in the sales activity framework based on the sales process through literature studies and application cases in actual sales field, and detailed elements of individual sales activities for successful deployment are identified through case studies. Through literature research and sales practice in actual field, 13 sales activities are presented in the five-stage sales process, and 42 detailed sales activities for successful value-based selling through case studies are identified in an improved sales activity framework. Through this study, the sales activity framework provides a role in evaluating whether the sales function of value-based selling is being performed as a correct activity in the sales process, and whether sales opportunities with specific customers can continue value-based selling activities. The sales activity framework serves as a guide for successful value-based selling.

최근 논란이 되고 있는 새만금간척사업에 대한 환경영향평가서를 최초 작성할 당시는 갯벌의 가치를 사업의 편익에 포함시키지 않았으나, 이후 환경단체에서는 새롭게 부각된 갯벌의 기능과 가치를 포함시켜 경제성 분석을 다시 할 것을 주장하였다. 이 자료에서는 지금까지 발표된 갯벌과 논의 가치 비교와 새만금사업의 경제성 분석을 검토하였다. 갯벌의 가치에 대하여 금전적인 평가를 한다는 것은 주관적인 요소가 개입하게 되므로 여전히 학자 간에도 의견이 일치하지 않으며 경제성 분석에 포함할 항목에 대해서도 합의가 이루어지고 있지 않아서 일반인에게는 매우 혼란스럽기만 한다. 새만금사업환경영향공동조사단의 공동조사에서는 우리나라 최초로 갯벌의 정화능력 실험과 설문조사를 통한 갯벌의 가치 평가를 시도하였다. 그러나 연구자가 검토한 결과 새만금사업 편익 총액의 51%를 차지하는 국토확장효과가 과대하게 평가되고 농산물 증산액과 논의 공익가치 역시 과대하게 평가되어 경제성 평가를 왜곡시켰다고 판단된다. 갯벌의 기능과 가치에 대한 평가는 앞으로 객관적인 연구결과에 의존해야 하며 환경학계의 검증을 거치는 작업이 필요하다고 본다.

This study aims to analyze determinants of mountainous and coastal area's housing value caused by the characteristics of the natural environment. As the current issue of housing value is throwing the spotlight on the climate change recently, environmental features are significantly important than before. There were a lot of studies on the influence of environmental characteristics to the housing price but these studies were mostly dealing with the housing price in especially apartments nearby Han-river in Seoul, South Korea. To have differences with existing studies, environmental characteristics estimating housing value are classified as 8 elements including the view, the wind speed, and the humidity. The result of this study is in following; there were few significant environmental variables in mountainous housing value growth model. This means people living in mountainous area recognize on environmental factors more such as housing or complex characteristics. People living in coastal area are much more sensitive environment variables in their residence value than mountainous area. Especially, the view for the ocean is the most important variable in housing value, and wind speed is second positively significant. Humidity and safety of disaster are negatively significant variables.

This thesis is performed to suggest an objective and effective optimization plan of appraisal for archival values. Even though saving all of archives and records and passing them to descendants would be a strong preservation method, but preservation expenses cannot be ignored. Additionally the appraisal for archives is completed by selecting and preserving high-value records, preserving all of records seems not to be effective. In this aspects archivists have tried to find the appraisal standard to ensure the objectivity of it, however, existing studies cannot bring out positive method because of focusing on analyzing only theoretical analysis on appraisal. This study divides appraisal for archives in 3 steps; inquiry for the records creators, appraisal of archivists, appraisal of appraisal experts, and suggests the standard to increase objectivity and confidency of appraisal. The optimization plan of appraisal for archival values with the results of this thesis would influence on the revitalization of reappraisal for the archives in repository and archive of Korea.

In this study, we analyzed the influences of appraising elements such as weight, color and clarity of natural diamonds on their value in the round brilliant cut diamonds. To analyze the influences of these elements on the value of diamonds, data were made from a Rapaport Diamond Report which is the most reliable source of diamond prices. As the result of this study, it is clearly understood that color and clarity equally influenced the value of diamonds as a whole, but there were some partial variations according to grades of both elements. That is, value of clarity was higher than that of color in higher-quality diamonds but value of clarity was lower than that of color in lower-quality diamonds. Also, value of diamonds were closely co-related by three main elements which were weight, color and clarity, but weight was the most influencing element on the value of natural diamonds.

가스하이드레이트의 국내 부존 가능성이 확인됨에 따라 가스하이드레이트 개발기술 및 부존 정보의 확보를 위한 가스하이드레이트 연구개발사업이 추진 중에 있다. 가스하이드레이트 개발사업과 같은 국가주도 연구개발사업의 경우 사업의 타당성 확보와 효율적인 추진을 위해서 사업 및 개발기술의 가치를 객관적으로 평가해야 할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가스하이드레이트 개발사업의 가치평가를 위한 주요 속성들을 결정하고 속성별 쌍대비교를 통해 중요도를 도출 할 수 있는 Fuzzy AHP 방법론을 사용하여 상대적 가중치를 도출하였다 연구 결과 가스하이드레이트 개발사업 및 기술의 가치는 상위계층으로 직접가치와 유발가치로 나눌 수 있고, 하위계층으로 총 8개의 속성으로 분류 할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 중요도 분석결과 가스하이드레이트를 직접 개발함으로써 얻을 수 있는 개발가치가 사업시행으로 인한 탐사개발 기술의 확보로 유발되는 가치보다 높은 중요도를 가지는 것으로 평가 되었다. 또한 개발가치의 세부항목 중에는 에너지 안보 증진 효과가, 유발가치의 세부항목 중에는 인력양성효과가 가장 중요한 가치평가 요소로 나타났다

Inter-port competition is fiercer than in the past because of technological evolution in transport systems : the increasing side of containerships implies only a few calls in three or four ports at each end of the trade and the rest of the traffic being served by smaller feederships. It is therefore essential for big ports to be selected as one of these calls by the main shipowners, consortia and alliances to avoid rmarginalisation. In order to compete effectively, many ports have been obliged to modernise and extend considerably its existing ports or to build new port facilities. With the advent of major environmental legislation around the world, however, amenities such as fish and wildlife, clean air and water, access to the waterfront, and view protection took on greater importance. Ports are now being forced to incorporate environmental considerations into their planning and management functions in order to avoid additional costs or timing delays. The aim of this paper is to analyse the port value by which port comparison(or selection) will be made with HFP(Hierarchical Fuzzy Process) method. This was done by extracting and grouping the evaluation factors of port value by port experts : facility and location factor, logistics service factor environment and amenity factor, city and economic factor, and human and system factor. For empirical test of this method, 6 major ports in Northeast Asia were chosen and analysed. The order of importance for five evaluation factors were 1) facility and location factor 2) logistics service factor 3) human and system factor, 4) city and economic factor, and 5) environment and amenity factor. This means that geographical location and logistics services are still being considered as the most important factor to call the port by port users. even though environment and amenity factor shows relatively low figure. Among 6 major ports, Port of Kobe was ranked the first position in a comprehensive evaluation, while Ports of Busan and Kwangyang were 4th and 5th respectively. This implies that Port of Busan should make much efforts to enhance the existing facilities as well as management system.

최근 이동통신기술이 급속히 발달함에 따라 국내는 물론 전세계 이동통신업계는 제 3세대 이동통신서비스의 성공여부에 많은 관심을 쏟고 있다. 지금까지의 이동통신산업의 성장이 빠른 기술개발에 의존한 기술추동적(technology-push) 성격을 지녔다면, 이동통신시장이 포화상태에 근접하고 있는 최근에는 서비스 및 장비 양면에서의 경쟁이 치열해 짐으로써 소비자의 기술에 대한 선택이 더욱 중요해짐에 따라 수요견인적(demand-pull) 기술혁신이 예상된다. 따라서, 이동통신서비스의 확대에 따른 특정기술에 대한 소비자의 선호에 대한 올바른 판단이 향후 산업의 기술진화방향을 예측하는데 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 생각된다. 현재 이동통신기술의 진보의 키워드는 '멀티미디어화'이다 향후 VOD (Video On Demand) 등 비디오 스트리밍(video streaming) 기술을 이용한 동영상 서비스, 화상전화, 타 디지털기기(예를 들어 PDA, 디지털 카메라 등)와의 융합 등의 서비스가 본격화되고 차세대 이동통신망의 구축이 가시화됨에 따라 이동통신의 멀티미디어 기능은 더욱 주목받게 될 것이다. 따라서 이동전화 단말기 창의 컬러화는 이러한 이동통신기술의 새로운 패러다임을 떠받치고 있는 가장 중요한 이정표로서의 의미를 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표시1창의 컬러화로 실현되는 기술혁신요소에 대해서 소비자가 부여하는 가치를 분석하고자 한다. 하지만, 컬러 단말기의 보급이 초기단계에 머무르고 있는 연구시점의 특성상 현시자료가 가용하지 않았기 때문에, 소비자에게 가상의 품질특성을 지닌 제품 조합을 제시하고 이에 대해 소비자가 순위를 매기게 함으로써 소비자의 선호를 측정하는 컨조인트(conjoint) 방법론을 사용하였으며, 소비자의 진술선호(stated preference)에 기초하여 이동통신단말기의 개별 특성에 대한 부분가치와 보상잉여를 측정하였다. 또한, 이를 통해 창의 컬러화로 인해 기대되는 초과이윤의 가능성 등 경제적인 효과들을 정량적으로 분석하고, 브랜드 가치 등 기존의 단말기 경쟁력 요소들과의 비교를 통하여 컬러화가 가져다 줄 경쟁요소들을 추정함으로서, 기술확산 메커니즘을 확인하고자 한다.

The choice of appropriate methodologies has always been a challenge. It is time to find obstacles when Extreme programming(XP) is adopted. In this paper, we invest status of adoption of XP methodology which is more popularized. We survey how the Values and the Practices of XP can be adopted to developer in terms of the usefulness and the easy of use of XP. As a result, it is regarded as a successful one in improving quality and timeliness through software development process. The Values and Practices, a basis of XP philosophy and its adoption, could be easily accomplished, but other elements - communication, feedback. collective ownership, pair programming, simple design and customer participation - which do not depend on technology could not be accomplished easily. To introduce XP easily in the creative and labor intensive software development fields, the managers and the educators have to make efforts to apply these Values and Practices based on humane characteristics as well as technical elements.
