  • 전력계통의 가장 중요한 설비인 전력용 유입변압기를 감시 진단하는 장치로서 유중가스 분석과 AE(Acoustic Emission) 센서를 이용한 PD 분석기능을 동시에 탑재한 진단 장치를 개발하였다. 두가지의 유입 변압기 진단 솔루션이 만났을때 얻어지는 시너지 효과에 대하여 분석하고 장치의 여러 가지 기능 및 활용방안에 대하여 논하였다.

  • 변전기기의 주요 절연매질인 절연유 및 $SF_6$ 가스에서 절연불량으로 부분방전이 발생할때 방사되는 전자기파 특성을 측정, 분석 하였다. 부분방전 발생기구로 부유전극을 제작하여 실험하였으며 부분 방전에 의한 전자기파 신호의 특성을 분석한 결과 변압기 주 절연물인 절연유에서 발생하는 부분방전신호가 크고 높은 주파수의 신호가 발생하였고, 가스절연개폐장치 주 절연물인 $SF_6$ 가스에서 발생하는 부분방전신호도 비교적 높은 주파수 신호가 발생하였다. 본 분석결과는 변전소 주요 설비인 변압기 및 가스절연개폐장치에서 발생가능한 절연이상을 진단하기 위한 전자기파를 이용한 부분방전 분석기술 개발에 응용할 예정이다.

  • The life expectation of power transformers is basically dependent on the aging deterioration of insulating paper which can not be obtained from operating transformers. Therefore, it will be very useful if we can manage transformers by indirect analysis of degradation products. "Furan derivatives" are known the decomposition products which are generated by the degradation of cellulose in insulating paper. We proved that 2-furfural is the only measurable product from our transformers, and determined easily the concentration of 2-furfural by HPLC without any specific pretreatments, Compared to concentration of $CO_2$ and CO by GC, the concentration of 2-furfural by HPLC can estimate more accurately aging characteristics of transformers. We expect that these results can be utilized to predict the aging characteristics and life diagnosis of power transformers.

  • In this paper, aging of insulating oil in pole transformer has been studied by performing accelerated thermal aging test. Dissolved gases were extracted by air bubbling method. Concentration of dissolved gases were modified by extraction ratio of each gases in insulting oil. Aging of insulting materials were proceeded by thermal degradation and oxidation reaction. Both of the reactions followed zeroth order kinetics. Formation rate equations for hydrocarbons, carbon oxides, and hydrogen were derived. It was conformed by gas analysis and UV-visible spectrophotometric method that iron core and copper coil in pole transformer act as catalyst during the aging process.

  • This paper deal with the experimental discussion about the impulse and AC dielectric strength of SF6 gas insulated transformer. Test sample is measured the dielectric breakdown voltage about modeling of the first and second section which is the weakest for surge voltage. The AC breakdown voltage is appeared 1.4 times than impulse breakdown voltage, so we can estimate that the impulse breakdown voltage is severe to AC breakdown voltage, and when the impulse is applied, in case of lmm tapping with Nomex paper, the characteristics of dielectric breakdown voltage is same to that in oil immersed transformer when SF6 gas pressure is 2.2kg/$cm^2$G.
