To derive an efficient operating system for business incubators, this study examined the operating performance according to incubator operating system and incubator manager. The survey targets were tenants of business incubators and factor analysis. Regression analysis was performed according to the reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and parameter using the 19 Ver program SPSS analysis. As a result, the business incubators and business incubators operating system were found to be an important factor and among these, the H / W and system S / W systems were identified as significantly influential factors. On the other hand, this hypothesis of the performance of the support system and characteristics of the incubator manager was rejected for the variable parameters, which always appear to influence the other characteristic factors of the manager. Operational performance can be divided into an incubator performance center and tenant's performance, and the performance of the tenants were analyzed by the significant effect on the managers characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the perceived awareness and the intention of continuous use by FinTech users and system characteristics. Data collection was carried out by targeting and surveying 600 people living in Gwangju, and office workers using smartphones. As a result, first, self-efficacy, innovation, and fitness for Fin-Tech services were found to influence the degree of perceptual awareness and intent to use of Fin-tech service users. Second, the system characteristics have a positive effect on perceived awareness and intention of using FinTech service. Third, the hypothesis about the dangers in the user attributes and system properties were dismissed. It seems that the priority concern was regarding the leakage of personal information and security as privacy and the increasing damage cases of financial fraud by electronic financial transactions spill. Therefore, in order to spread FinTech services, it would be effective if a Fin-Tech service strategy could eliminate inconveniences such as the risk of hindering convenience and intention to use by the marketing strategy established by the company.

In a large scale of excavation for the foundation of large-sized structures and underground structures, a considerable amount of earth pressure can occur. Steel beams that have been used to form a temporary structure to support earth pressure may be less economical and less efficient in resisting the high earth pressure. To cope with this problem, PCT(Precast Concrete Truss) system has been devised and investigated both experimentally and analytically. A proper connection method between the concrete truss members was proposed to accommodate fast assembly and disassembly. Full-scale test of PCT system was performed to verify the load-carrying capacity of the PCT system including the connections. The test results were compared with those of structural analysis. The test specimen which corresponds to PCT strut attained the ultimate load without buckling, but the detail of connector members needs to be improved. It is expected that precast concrete truss members can be efficiently incorporated into a temporary structure for deep and large excavation by replacing conventional steel beams.

This purpose of this study is to examine the relationships of ethical leader and ethics management system with employees's organizational citizenship behavior and the mechanism underlying these relationships. A questionnaire survey was conducted involving 1,035 full-time employees from large and medium industries in Daegu and Gyeong-buk provinces. Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that both of ethical leader and ethics management system were positively related with employees's organizational citizenship behavior. As expected, these relationships were mediated by organization-oriented ethical climate and social responsibility-oriented ethical climate respectively. The findings of this study are as followings: First, employees tend to show their pro-social behavior when they perceive their leaders act ethically and ethics management is well institutionalized. Second, building up the organization-oriented ethical climate and social responsibility-oriented ethical climate can be a powerful strategy to enhance employees's organizational citizenship behavior.

Customer Relationship Management(CRM) paradigm has emerged that suggests organizations will be more successfully if they concentrate on obtaining and maintaining a share of each customer rather than a share of the entire market, with information technology(IT) being the enabling factor. This paper presents five key elements that provide the necessary steps that allow and organization to position its people, business process, and information system to establish and take advantage of this paradigm. The key elements are : (1) IT investment, (2) Website application, (3) IT System application, (4) Communication strategies, (5) CRM Performance. The results show that IT investment, IT system application, and Website application play a vital role in enhancing an Organizational Communication. Also, the results show that IT investment, IT system application, Website application, and Organizational Communication play a vital role in enhancing an organization's performance of customer relationship management. Further, this paper discusses the importance of integrating these four elements for achieving effective customer interaction. The author provides academical and managerial implication for business strategies.

Recently, organizations are making significant technology investments to build a centralized content management system. However, high-quality technology adoption can conversely create techno-stress in the user and cause negative behavior. The purpose of this study is to suggest the negative effects and mitigation directions of enterprise content management system(ECMS) related techno-stress. In order to verify the hypothesis, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on employees of organizations that adopted content management technology and conducted structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, ECMS related techno overload and complexity decreased the intention of continuous use of ECMS. But, internal communication activities reduced ECMS related techno stress and task-technology fit moderated the relationship between techno-stress and intention of continuous use of ECMS. The study has implications in terms of suggesting a strategic direction to minimize the negative causes of the use of content management systems.

This article discusses the innovation activities of firms that aim for system transformation from the perspective of 'Transformative Innovation Policies'. Here, for the sustainable transformation of our society, a firm that finds the 'purpose' of business activities in solving social problems and implements a new business model is defined as a 'transition-oriented firm'. The main characteristics of a transition-oriented firm are examined in terms of 1) transition vision and mission setting, 2) business model innovation for transition, 3) network formation for system transition, and 4) securing legitimacy of transition. And through case studies, the approach, significance, and limitations of the transition-oriented corporate innovation theory are discussed. The case study is from a Eisai Korea, which aims for an integrated prevention, treatment, and care system centered on residents and citizens.

This paper studies the effect of content information quality of u-tourism information system on flow theory and satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to generate and propose flow-related information to satisfy tourists with content information quality. The meaning of this paper is to derive success factors for verifying satisfaction of content information quality to tourists, establish hypotheses as research models, and evaluate verification. The differentiation of this study is the design implementation of u-fusion tourism information system by combining flow relation information with flow theory. The contribution of this paper is the generation of flow related information and the elicitation of success factors of contents quality of u-tourism information system. The advantage is that tourists can be patterned by symbolization and the pattern can be illustrated. The limitations of this paper are limited to small areas, and the lack of objectivity is required and future tasks are needed to compensate for them.

Purpose: To study the effect of the amended Occupational Safety and Health Act on the expansion of the employer's responsibility and obligations and the evaluation of the employer on the improvement of the safety management system. Method: An academic discussion was conducted by comparing the contents of previous studies with the analysis results. A questionnaire was prepared using the measurement tools collected from previous studies, and statistical multiple regression analysis was performed with the collected data. Result: Research hypothesis It was found that the expansion of responsibility and obligations of the business owner and the reinforcement of the employer's evaluation of the ordering party had a positive (+) effect on the improvement of the safety management system. Conclusion: The expansion of the responsibility and obligations of the employer and the strengthening of the evaluation of the owner of the orderer are having a positive effect on the improvement of the construction safety management system for the prevention of construction accidents.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the moderating effect of health privacy information on the relationship between the factors that affect the behavioral intention of the usage of u-health system have. Therefore, as a research hypothesis in TRA (Theory of Reasoned Action), self-efficacy and perceived usefulness will have a positive effect on the behavioral intention of the u-health system, and in the path, that personal information factors have an effect on each path. This study used the PLS-SEM methodology to verify the proposed research model. As a result of the analysis, this study showed that the moderating effect of health personal information in the presented model affects to some extent by the increase of R2 explanatory power. However, it was found that it was more consistent with the role of the independent variable rather than the moderating influence on the perceived usefulness.
