Global village warming and carbon dioxide CO2 gas, and the human efforts for their healing and necessary alternative technology would be much more difficult things than that of making necessary funds and efforts to lay to sleep angry nature on the earth. The limited natural resources of fossil fuel would be dried up in several decades, and the intensity of diplomatic negotiations for natural resource guarantee among countries may be showed looking alike an war. The drain of fossil fuel called a new word of alternative policy like an environment-friendly green-growth, and the solar-cell and lighting technology for the solar energy applications were developed still more repeatedly day by day from oil lantern to LED high-tech illumination in great economy. Therefore, it was studied that the low-carbon green-growth illumination technology in cave applications with SOLAR-LED system which was produced and unified in connection with solar-cell and LED from the semiconductor production technology, and it was also clarified in necessary with useful cave lighting in heatless and with no photosynthesis of plant production in underground space.

This paper deals with the iris recognition as one of biometric techniques which are applied to identify a person using his/her behavior or congenital characteristics. The iris of a human eye has a texture that is unique and time invariant for each individual. First, we obtain the feature vector from the 2D iris pattern having a property of size invariant and divide it into 24 sectors which are further through three types of 2D Gabor filters. At the recognition process, we compute the similarity measure based on the correlation values. Here, since we use three different matching values obtained from three different directional Gabor filters and select the maximum value among them, it is possible to minimize the recognition error rate. To show the usefulness of the proposed algorithm, we applied it to a biometric database consisting of 50 iris patterns extracted from 10 subjects and finally get more higher than 90% recognition rate.
Objectives and Methods: This study was conducted to investigate the formula of ONGABO to composed of Ginseng Radix (Red Ginseng), Angelica Gigantis Radix, Schisandrae Fructus, Cuscuta Semen, Curcumae Tuber with the method to observe the cell viability of HepG2 in the basic principle of oriental medicine formula study, Sovereign, Minister, Assistant and Courier principle (君臣佐使論). Results: Ginseng Radix (Red Ginseng) and Schisandrae Fructus were having a cell protection effect in HepG2 significantly. Angelica gigantis radix was decreased the cell viability of HepG2 significantly, and there were no effects for Cuscuta Semen and Curcumae Tuber to the cell viability of HepG2. Conclusions: As the above results, in the Sovereign, Minister, Assistant and Courier principle (君臣佐使論), Ginseng Radix (Red Ginseng) corresponds to sovereign medicinal having cell protect effects, angelica gigantis radix corresponds to minister medicinal having cell killing effects, Schisandrae Fructus corresponds to assistant medicinal to help red ginseng having cell protect effects. Cuscuta Semen and Curcumae Tuber correspond to courier medicinal having no effect in cell viability in HepG2. We hope the advanced research on sovereign, minister, assistant and courier principle will be proceed in the tomorrow.
There are a lot of influences, such as location of camera, luminosity, brightness, and direction of light, which affect the performance of 2-dimensional image recognition. This paper suggests an adaptive method for face-image recognition in noisy environments using evolvable filtering and feature extraction which uses one sample image from camera. This suggested method consists of two main parts. One is the environmental-adjustment module which determines optimum sets of filters, filter parameters, and dimensions of features by using "steady state genetic algorithm". The other another part is for face recognition module which performs recognition of face-image using the previous results. In the processing, we used Gabor wavelet for extracting features in the images and k-Nearest Neighbor method for the classification. For testing of the adaptive face recognition method, we tested the adaptive method in the brightness noise, in the impulse noise and in the composite noise and verified that the adaptive method protects face recognition-rate's rapidly decrease which can be occurred generally in the noisy environments.
Akjang yoram 『樂章要覽』 is a book that summarizes only the important contents from the Akjang 樂章. Akjang 樂章 is arranged in the first half, and score 樂譜 is arranged in the second half. It seems that Akjang yoram 『樂章要覽』 passed through a total of four stages through the time when the handwriting and the lyrics were written. The presence of various handwriting and traces of modifications means that it has been passed through by several people, so it is not unrelated to the fact that several traces remain on the back of the cover of Akjang yoram 『樂章要覽』. The first part of the Akjang 樂章 is a method of presenting the name and lyrics of the accompanying music based on the ritual procedure, and in particular, the lyrics are written in Chinese characters and Hangeul sounds to improve readability. The score in the second half complies with the ritual procedures, but boldly omits overlapping melodies, and is composed based on the music, and various symbols are used to capture the expression of court music. This structure is a reflection of the direction we practiced to harmonize with the music after prior ritual procedures and diction. This was a device to increase the efficiency of music education and music practice for the court musician. The characteristics of the musical pieces are that they consist of essential musical pieces that must be mastered as musicians. In addition, the name Kim Hyung-sik 金亨植 is noted on the back cover of Akjang yoram 『樂章要覽』, and he was a court musician who was active in the age of King Sunjo 純祖. In other words, the musical pieces included in Akjang yoram 『樂章要覽』 are the core repertoire played by court musicians like Kim Hyung-sik 金亨植. Akjang yoram 『樂章要覽』 is a 'music practice booklet' containing the daily life of court musicians. Akjang yoram 『樂章要覽』 is a booklet designed for the purpose of teaching the court musicians to sing while correctly pronouncing the lyrics in major ceremonies. It is even more noteworthy in that Kim Hyung-sik 金亨植 was an owner. In addition to the fact that Kim Hyung-sik's name remains, and in the practicality of being used by various court musicians reflecting and modifying the changes of the times, it is meaningful in that it contains the path of court musicians who spent a lot of time and time to transmit court music.

This experiment was conducted to find the effect of a non-purine cytokinin, thidiazuron(TDZ), on the increase of berry size and fruit quality in 'Kyoho' grapes. For the comparison, the effect of forchlorfenuron(CPPU) was also examined The number of shot berries per cluster was significantly increased by the application of TDZ at 5 days after calyptra fall, resulting in the increase of cluster weight but no increase of each berry weight. The increase of berry weight was found when TDZ was applied at 10 to 15 days after calyptra fall. Gibberellin(GA $25mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$) was also effective on the increase of berry weight and the combined application of GA and TDZ further increased the berry weight. TDZ showed stronger effect on the increase of berry weight than CPPU at the same concentration. Berry ripening was more delayed at higher concentration of TDZ but no chemical injury was observed even at $20mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$. Results indicated that TDZ was effective on the quality improvement through berry weight increase and the recommended concentration TDZ for 'Kyoho' grapes was 5 to $10mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$.
The purpose of this study is to give basic information in comparison of workspace of traditional housing between traditional Waga and Choga in Jeju. The subjects of this study are six Waga (roofing tee system), authorized as Jeju Folklore Materials and five Choga (roofing thatch system), authorized as National Major Folklore Materials. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Household workspaces in Waga were separated by three places: Jungji, Chatbang, and Gopang. In Choga, it was separated by two places, Jungji and Gopang. 2 As a number of Jungji, Waga had one, which meant that two or more generations shared the kitchen facilities. Choga, it had one or two Jungji, which meant that each generation used different kitchen facilities. 3. functional space of division Waga was specific. So, meal preparation was done in Jungji, and dining was done in Chatpang. However, in Choga, both meal preparation and dining were done in Jungji. 4. The sequence of space, in the JungjiGeriBulDong style, which Jungji was located in the detached building, showed that the circulation directs: Gopang->Sangbang->Chatbang->Madang->Jungji. AnGeriJungji style, which Jungji was located in the main building, showed that the circulation directs: Gopang->Sangbang(->Chatbang)->Jungji. 5. In the size ratio of household workspace to whole size of the house, Waga occupied 30%, and Choga occupied 21%.

Those who travel to another area for work or travel acquire cquire information through various media such as Internet websites before going to the area. The way to determine whether the information you collect is reliable is to go directly to that area. However, many users may overlook the date the post was posted. when you arrive at a delicious restaurant for a travel purpose, it can happen that the restaurant is gone. In order for Smartphone Users to be able to provide reliable information about a specific region through an application, it is possible to receive information from a specific local user using the application through crowd sourcing techniques. Collect suggestions from users when there are changes in the same area, rather than accepting indiscriminate information and when duplicate content exists, it is marked on the application map so that it can be viewed by other users. It provides not only simple restaurant information, but also area-specific information such as additional information about tourist attractions or information on restrooms to solve physiological phenomena that may occur in the area where they first arrive. Application users can get information about nearby public facilities and restaurants on a GPS basis.

In what way is the urban landscape of North Korea used today, and what features do people prefer in the North Korean landscape? This study analyzed the characteristics of Pyongyang landscapes and their effects, based on an analysis of Western tourists motivation for tourism in North Korea and preferred enjoyment-seeking experiences. Using data from the tourist agency specializing in Western tourism in North Korea and a location based photo-sharing service, the study interprets the visual distinctiveness of Pyongyang landscape. The study concluded that widely known risk to travelers in North Korea is in fact an attraction, making people want to visit directly. However, this risk was mitigated in practical experience by the overall intermediation of the tourism agency and locals' conscious behavior to keep their distance from foreigners. Next, the scope of National ritual attributes was expanded to the locals' daily life as well as large-scale events such as mass games and military parades only if for national holidays. Also, the most preferred factors contributing to North Korean tourism were based on departure from routine through mobilization of the residents. This indicates the extension that the nature of North Korea as a theater state. The Pyongyang landscape represents a world politically isolated, people's congregated motion to display to the world, and people's lives hidden beneath a veil. These visualities fulfill the fantasy of Westerners regarding North Korea. Furthermore, these are superficial images that help create a basis to maintain the North Korea regime.
Serial violent crimes have occurred more frequently. Additional attention is paid to relevant areas in which discussions has also increased. This study analyzed Young-cheol Yoo, serial killer case. Two of Yoo's crimes were studied for modus operandi. The cases selected were the premeditated break-in homicide of upper-class elderly people and the impulsive homicide of the Hwanghak-Dong street vendor. Crime motives, targets, times, places, means and methods were analyzed. Profiling techniques in Young-cheol Yoo cases were evaluated and the problems discovered during investigation were discussed. The followings are the findings of the analysis of the serial killer Yoo cases. Yoo exhibited a hatred toward the rich, the elderly, and women as well as a fear of diseases and death. Yoo's crime targets were the elderly residing in wealthy houses, street vendors and prostitutes. The numbers of victims were: 3 men and 5 women victims in 4 homicide cases involving the elderly residents in wealthy houses; one man in 1 street vendor homicide case 11 women in 11 prostitute homicide cases, so total 20 persons were murdered in 16 cases. The time of the crimes were between 10 am and noon in the homicide cases of the elderly and very late at night or early in the morning in the prostitute homicide cases. Means and methods facilitated include the use of a knife as a threat and a hammer made by Yoo to strike the head and face of victims. In the homicide cases involving the elderly, he attempted to disguise the crime scene as a burglary or committed arson to destroy the evidence; in the prostitute homicide cases, bodies were mutilated and buried in secret. 1) Generally each serial killer case has different characteristics, motives, and purposes; while some serial killer cases involve similar methods, others use different methods. Unlike other crimes, serial killers' characteristics and tastes are very different, so it is difficult to explain serial killings based on a specific model. It is important to accurately capture modus operandi of each serial killing and for detectives to familiarize themselves with them. The process of tracing and use of imagination which follows a serial killer's psychology and thought must be used to find out what kind of thoughts pushed the killer to commit the crime. In order to investigate and research difficult subjects such as serial killing, various methods, skills, and relevant knowledge should be studied, and institutional endeavors should go hand in hand with individual efforts.
