A study on Control toad Torque of Induction Motor using a Disturbance Cancellation Observer (외란 상쇄 관측기를 이용한 유도전동기의 부하 토오크 제어에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, vector control to applied disturbance offset feedforward loop control for changing disturbances with various mechanical parameter is suggested. The proposed system estimate load torque based on induction motor torque using minimum diemension state observer. Because speed controller using state observer is used on condition of feedforward loop fur a torque, the robust speed control system realized. In this study, the proposed paper does to heighten reliability of system by presuming and use the speed by voltage and current that is detected without speed sensor. To prove the propriety of this paper, the various simulation carried out adequacy using a Matlab Simulink, and at the same time real system is made, using a ADMC300 digital signal processor, so it is proved. As the experimental result of embodying the system, the robust system is realized.

  • For accurate speed and current control in industrial applications, SRM (Switched Reluctance Motor) is very important to synchronize the stator phase excitation and rotor position in the drive due to its nature. In general, position sensors such as encoder and resolver are used to generate rotational force by exciting the stator winding according to the rotor position and to control the motor by using speed and position information. However, for these sensors, 1) the cost of the sensors is quite large in terms of price, so the proportion of the motor system to the total system cost is high. 2) In terms of mechanical, position sensors such as encoders and resolvers are attached to the stator to increase the size and weight. In conclusion, in order to drive the SRM, control based on the rotor position information should be basically performed, and it is important to design the SRM driving system according to the environment in consideration of the application field. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to study the driving and control characteristics of SRM through variable switching duty control by designing a low-cost analog driving device, deviating from the general control system using the conventional encoder and resolver.

  • Duties required for naval ship such as anti-submarine, anti-ship, and supply, etc are diversified, so the ECS (Enfineering Control System) is required for executing the mission effectively. The ECS monitors and controls the propulsion system in order that naval ship can perform the mission. As the in-country development of ECS is progressed, a test system for ECS is needed, and a naval ship propulsion system simulator based on CODOG was developed on this study. The naval ship propulsion system simulator based on CODOG which is divided into gas turbine model, diesel engine model, reduction gear model and controllable pitch propeller model, simulates to feedback of control commands of ECS. As a result of the experiment, it is able to confirm speed, torque and power, etc. of the gas turbine, diesel engine and shaft according to ECS propulsion mode.

  • 이 논문은 노인 및 장애인의 활동을 보조하기 위한 보행보조 로봇의 기술인 사용자의 진행하고자 하는 방향과 속도를 검출하는 보행 보조 로봇의 조향 장치를 구현 하고자 한다. 최근에 노인인구의 증가로 인해 노인 및 장애인을 위한 보행 보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 경우 동력이 없는 시스템으로 경사 등의 공간에서 취약성을 가지 고 있다. 이에 동력형 보행보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 대부분의 경우 보행보조기의 제어가 조정한다는 의미가 적합하였다. 그러나 이 논문에서는 사용자의 움직임이 손에 전달되는 힘에 의해 사용자의 의지력을 파악 하는 두가지형태의 조향장치를 구현하였다. 첫째로 가변저항을 이용하여 보행의지를 파악하고, 두 번째로 힘센서를 이용하여 보행의지를 파악하였다. 위 두가지 센서를 기초로 사용자가 이동하고자 하는 이동 방향과 이동 속도 데이터를 기초로 보행보조기의 차량 속도와 방향에 대해 구동 바퀴의 차동 구동을 통해 사용자의 의지에 맞춰 구동할 수 있도록 하였다.

Echo Signal Synthesis of Underwater Target by Distributed Highlight Model (하이라이트 분포 모델에 의한 수중표적 에코신호 합성)

  • This paper proposes a distributed highlight algorithm to generate efficiently echo signal for underwater target. In this algorithm, echo signal is synthesized by discontinuity highlights that are varied to incident angle, by equivalent and specified position highlights according to the spatial target structure. Completed UTAHID(Underwater TArget by Highlight Distribution) model is confrimed that PTS, ETS, echo elongation effect, target time spreading loss and envelope fluctuation are satisfied to expected values by various simulations. Thus it can be efficiently used in all sorts of real systems related to underwater target echo signal synthesis in active sonar.

  • 프로덕트 라인은 다양하고 빠르게 변화하는 시장의 요구사항과 특정 도메인 영역에 속하는 애플리케이션 간의 재사용 가능한 아키텍처 및 컴포넌트의 구성으로부터 연관된 시스템 구축 시 생산성과 품질의 향상을 제공함으로써 현재 많은 관심의 초점이 되고 있다. 컴포넌트의 가변성은 컴포넌트를 사용자의 요구사항에 알맞게 기능을 특화할 수 있다. 또한 프로덕트 라인에서 컴포넌트 내부에 공통으로 사용할 워크플로를 가지고 있어 컴포넌트 사용자는 순차 다이어그램 등을 통해 메시지 흐름을 직접 구현할 필요가 없고, 재사용 가능한 아키텍처는 많은 변화 계획들과 메카니즘을 포함하고 있다. 하지만, 아키텍처를 설계하기 위한 아키텍처에서의 변화성 관리와 컴포넌트의 변화성에 대한 명확한 방법이 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 재사용 가능한 아키텍처를 설계하기 위해 변화성의 명확한 표현과 컴포넌트의 변화성을 설계하기 위해 다중 뷰의 모델링을 통하여 프로덕트 라인의 다양한 측면을 제시하고, 사례연구로 성적관리 컴포넌트 모델링에 적용해 보고자 한다.

Performance Comparison of Wave Information Retrieval Algorithms Based on 3D Image Analysis Using VTS Sensor (VTS 센서를 이용한 3D영상 분석에 기초한 파랑 정보 추출 알고리즘 성능 비교)

  • As marine accidents happen frequently, it is required to establish a marine traffic monitoring system, which is designed to improve the safety and efficiency of navigation in VTS (Vessel Traffic Service). For this aim, recently, X-band marine radar is used for extracting the sea surface information and, it is necessary to retrieve wave information correctly and provide for the safe and efficient movement of vessel traffic within the VTS area. In this paper, three different current estimation algorithms including the classical least-squares (LS) fitting, a modified iterative least-square fitting routine and a normalized scalar product of variable current velocities are compared with buoy data and then, the iterative least-square method is modified to estimate wave information by improving the initial current velocity. Through several simulations with radar signals, it is shown that the proposed method is effective in retrieving the wave information compared to the conventional methods.

  • The core assets include all properties which consist of an application in Product Line Engineering. The requirement, one of the core assets, is a basis of other core assets and commonality and variability of other core assets are classified by the requirement. accordingly, commonality and variability of the domain requirement should be managed objectively and it is necessary to make a process to reuse the domain requirements. However the requirement is analyzed by domain experts or developers without proper process. In this paper, we proposed the 4 activities: (1)the domain scoping, (2)the extraction and generalization of the domain requirement, (3)the domain requirement analyzing and modeling, (4)the change management, and sub activities. For all reasons given previously, it is possible to reduce the development time and cost by reusing the architectures and components related to the domain requirement. In addition, it is possible to increase the quality of the artifacts produced based on the requirements by managing them systematically.

  • The major objective of this study is to develop and verify the KAUSAT-5 based on the modular 3U CubeSat standard platform. In the mechanical system design of a 3U standard platform, subsystem and micro equipment functions/performance should be integrated and miniaturized on micro-sized PCBs and electrical capability was maximized to accommodate multiple payloads. KAUSAT-5 is 3U-sized Cubesat which will be operated in Low Earth Orbit(LEO), which implements mainly two scientific missions; one is to observe the Earth through infrared camera and the other is to measure space radiation with a Geiger Muller tube. An additional mission is to verify the equipment(device) such as VSCMG and fuzzy logic-based MPPT internally developed. The results of ETB, qualification and acceptance level environmental tests were shown to verify standard platform and KAUSAT-5 Cubesat.

  • According to the rapid growth of high speed and precise industry, the application of synchronous motor has been increased. In the application fields, these fast dynamic response is of prime importance. In particular, since the PMLSM(Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor) has characteristics of high speed, high thrust, it has been used in high-performance servo drive. From these reasons, it is recently used for high precise position control, and machine tool. In this paper, a study of the sliding mode with VSS (Variable Structure System) design for a PMLSM is presented. For fast and precise motion control of PMLSM, the compensation of disturbance and parameter variation is necessary. Hence we eliminate the reaching phase use of VSS that is changed to switching function and vector control using the state observer. And we proposed to sliding mode control algorithm so that realize fast response without overshoot, disturbance and parameter variation.
