The purpose of this study is to examine how factors that select Airbnb service affect service satisfaction and the moderating effect according to marital status. The subjects of this study are customers who who have used Airbnb services in the metropolitan area. The questionnaire survey was conducted with 150 people, and the results were analyzed and hypothesis testing was performed using Structural Equation Model(SEM). As a result of the study, it has been found that price, online review, and Unique Experience Expectation(UEE) among the factors that selected Airbnb have positive effects on service use satisfaction. In addition, marital status has been found to play a mediating role among price, UEE and customer satisfaction. For single customers, price is an important factor influencing service satisfaction, but for married customers, it is not. In this sense, it is important not only to conduct marketing and promotions considering only gender, but also to provide services according to whether they are single or married.

제품제조에 있어 측정의 중요성과 그 경제적 특성에 비추어 주요 산업의 측정관련 투자실태를 파악하고 투자에 따른 그 기여도를 면밀히 분석 한다는 것은 매우 큰 의미를 갖는다. 그 의미의 하나는 측정표준을 공급하고 있는 국가표준기관의 업무수행에 따른 파급효과를 측정하여 향후 국가표준체계의 확립에 필요한 공급기능의 수급자원의 결정에 주요 자료로 기대되고 있다. 그리고 제품의 품질향상을 위한 측정관리의 효율화운동이 점차 확산됨으로써 개별 기업의 생산성 증대와 불량률 감소로 인한 원가절감으로 국산제품의 가격경쟁력의 우위를 기대할 수 있다. 이러한 중요성에 부응하기 위해서는 국가표준의 준용에 따른 측정표준과 관련된 측정투자의 비용과 그 수익성에 관하여 정확한 경제성의 연구 분석이 필요하다. 국가표준의 확립이라는 국가적 과제를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 국가표준의 확립 에 따른 경제성을 분석하여야 한다. 측정투자에 대한 효과분석을 통하여 측정표준에 관한 중요성을 알게 될 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 측정표준을 공급받고 있는 산업체를 대상으로 그 효과를 분석하고 측정의 중요성을 파악하여 일반 산업체에 주지하며 개별 업체의 이익과 국가경제의 부를 창출함으로써 국가표준의 확립효과를 크게 기대하게 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much the investment effect of convertible bond(CB) is from the perspective of investors and to present efficient investment plans to investors. The research method is to investigate the coupon interest rate, maturity interest rate, conversion price, etc. for CBs. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that CB's investment efficiency was low because the conversion price excess days ratio was only about 1/4 of the conversion date. The conversion day yield was -6.3% and the maturity day yield was -5.2% on average. It was analyzed that the number of stocks with negative conversion day yield was 2.4 times higher than the number of positive stocks and 3.7 times higher than the number of positive stocks with a maturity day yield, so the expected return on equity conversion of CB was low.

국내 최초로 첨단 전자세라믹스 제품인 ZnO Varistor의 국산화 개발에 성공하여, 정부로부터의 신기술 제품 보호를 받는 등 인정을 받았으며 그 이후로도 제품의 성능 및 신뢰성 향상등의 연구개발을 지속하여, 미국의 UL, 캐나다의 CSA등 외국의 유수 안전규격을 획득, 품질의 우수성을 입증받고 있을 뿐만 아니라 현재 국내의 광범위한 수요업체에의 납품은 물론, 미주와 구라파지역을 비롯하여, 홍콩, 싱가폴, 대만 등의 아시아 지역 등 많은 나라에 수출을 시작하고 있다. 아쉬운점이 있다면 국산화 개발이 이루어지자 일본 등의 기존 MAKER들이 가격을 대폭 인하함에 따라, 가격경쟁이 치열해져, 개발비 및 초기 설비투자비의 부담을 상대적으로 크게 안고 있는 국산개발 업체로서는 힘겨운 가격경쟁을 해야하는 등, 국산화 개발이라는 명분 외에는 기업의 투자효과를 크게 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 앞으로는 이러한 면이 정부 등에서 고려되어, 첨단기술 등 기술적 파급효과가 크거나 기술축적이 필요한 중요기술들의 국산화 개발시에는 보다 적극적인 정부의 지원시책과 수요업체의 관심이 있어야 할 것이다.

As part of their marketing policy, some suppliers allow retailers a period of credit in anticipation of increasing demand for the products they supply. The opportunity to defer payments on products through credit transactions has the effect of reducing retailers' inventory investment costs, and as a result, retailers determine selling prices in anticipation of increased demand from buyers. This study aims to analyze the inventory model that determines the retailer's selling price and EOQ(Economic Order Quantity) under the assumption that the buyer's demand is an exponentially decreasing function of the retailer's selling price in the credit transaction supply chain consisting of suppliers, retailers, and buyers. The products supplied for problem analysis include the case of deteriorating products that deteriorate over time, and the effect of the credit transaction period, the index of price elasticity and the degree of deterioration on the retailer's selling price and EOQ is analyzed.

현재 직접구매제도는 전기사업법에 명시되어 있는 제도임에도 불구하고 직접구매 구입가격체계의 문제로 인해 사문화 되어있다. 현재 소비자의 요금체계와 도매시장 체계하에서 직접구매가 가능한 구입가격체계를 제시하고 직접구매가 활성화 될 경우 국가전체에 미치는 기대효과를 주로 수요관리 측면에서 분석하였다.

향후 기후변화협약과 같은 환경규제의 강화가 예견되는 상황에서 에너지산업은 상당한 정책변화를 겪게 될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 정책수립과 결정과정에서 본 연구는 천연가스산업에 대한 정책변화 효과를 분석할 수 있는 일반균형 분석모형을 제시함으로써 천연가스산업에 관한 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 소국경제를 가정한 연산가능 일반균형모형(CGE)을 통해 분석된 천연가스산업의 거시경제적 파급효과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 천연가스 가격이 5% 상승하였을 경우에는 실질GDP가 0.031% 감소하고, 생산자 물가지수는 0.051% 상승하였다. 가계수요가 10% 증가한 경우와 투자가 10% 증가한 경우에는 실질 GDP가 각각 0.002%씩 상승하고 생산자 물가지수는 0.008%와 0.004% 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 천연가스산업이 비교적 거시경제에 미치는 영향이 적은 것을 보여 주고 있다.

This study has examined the influence of VAT frame(VAT included vs. VAT excluded) on the consumer's attitude. Additionally, it has also examined the moderating effect of thinking style(holistic vs. analytic). The experiment stimuli were operated in 4 types[(product: utilitarian/hedonic)x(VAT: included vs. excluded)]. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) The consumers preferred the VAT included frame to the VAT excluded frame. 2) The moderating effect of thinking style appeared. There is no meaningful difference between the VAT included frame and the VAT excluded one to analytic thinkers. But the holistic thinkers preferred the latter to the former. It is expected that this will be helpful to the person in charge of marketing for the company to establish an effective marketing strategy by considering these results.

본고(本稿)에서는 공적분방법(共積分方法)을 이용한 우리나라의 수출함수(輸出函數) 추정(推定)을 시도하였다. 이를 위하여 수출물량(輸出物量), 교역상대국(交易相對國)의 소득(所得), 수출품의 상대가격(相對價格)으로 이루어지는 수출수요함수(輸出需要函數)를 가정하고 각 변수에 대한 단위근(單位根) 검정(檢定)과 추정식의 공적분(共積分) 검정(檢定)을 실시하였다. 단위근(單位根) 검정(檢定) 결과(結果) 해당 변수 모두가 단위근(單位根)을 갖는 것으로 판명되었으나, 이들 사이에 유의한 공적분관계(共積分關係)는 발견되지 않았다. 공적분(共積分)이 존재하지 않는다는 것은 수출수요함수(輸出需要函數)에 누락된 변수(變數)가 있을 가능성을 시사하는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본고의 후반부에서는 이같이 누락되어 있는 변수들의 총체를 비가격경쟁력(非價格競爭力) 변수로 명명하고 이를 Kalman Filtering 방법으로 추정하고자 하였다. 추정결과, 얻어진 비가격경쟁력(非價格競爭力) 계열의 시간경로 모습은 대체적으로 선험적 기대에 부합하였으나 이로 인한 소득(所得) 및 가격탄성치(價格彈性値)의 변화는 몇가지 이론적인 근거에서 기대하였던 크기에 미흡하였다.

In recent, many consumers visit the online shopping malls or price comparison sites to collect the information on the product category that they are interested in. However, the volumes of the data provided by such web sites are often too enormous, and significant number of consumers have trouble in making purchase decision based on the plethora of products and sellers. In this context, modern online shopping agents need to process the retrieved information in more intelligent way before providing them to the users. This paper proposes a novel approach for identifying the main price ranges hidden in a single product category. To this end, the price of an item in the category is represented as a row vector and k-means clustering analysis is applied to the price vectors to produce the clusters that consists of the product items with similar price vectors. Then, the main price ranges of the product category can be identified from the result of clustering analysis. In general, the price is one of the most important factors in the consumers' purchase decision, and the identified main price ranges will be helpful for the online shoppers to find appropriate items effectively.
