전라남도 강진에서 발견된 영기(令旗)라는 책에는 병영에서 사용된 별자리 깃발에 관한 기록이 남아있다. 영기는 군중에서 군령(軍令)을 전달하기 위해 사용한 것으로 고종 대에 이르러 깃발에 28수(宿) 별자리를 처음으로 사용한 것으로 알려져 있다. 승정원일기와 일성록에 의하면 군영에서 사용한 28수 별자리 깃발은 1874년 중앙관 진무사(鎭撫使)의 수장이었던 김선필(金善弼)이 처음 만들어 사용한 것으로 기록되어 있다. 본 발표에서는 국내에 처음 보고된 28수(宿)가 그려진 영기를 소개하고 영기의 별그림을 한국과 중국의 전통 성도와 비교한 내용을 발표하고자 한다. 영기에는 28수 별자리 외에도 28 동물과 기하학적 문양이 그려져 있는데 이에 대해서도 간단히 소개하고자 한다. 영기 별그림은 실제 성도와 비교해 많은 오류가 확인되는데 이를 교정하여 새롭게 도안한 별자리 깃발도 함께 소개하고자 한다.

Adult female prawn, Macrobrachium japonicum, which used for this work were collected at the river Simanto, Shikoku in Japan, and removed in the laboratory. Newly hatched larvae from an adult reared in circulation-filtered aquaria, which is controlled under the conditions of water temperature $26\pm0.3^{\circ}C$, chlorinity $6.21-6.45\%$ Cl, pH 8.0-8.1, illumination 3000 lux, and fed on Artemia salina nauplius sufficielltly For a period of rearing of zoea larvae, big individuals-individual varying bodies, comparing with standard bodies in the same aged individual group, are occasionally appeared from fifth zoea larva stage, and occurence of it be tempted to relate with the factor of trophic condition. This paper was dealt with a comparative morphological view on big individuals, comparing with standard type in the same aged group, to solve the problem on (1). the existence or nonexistence of stages which it is easier to occurence of big individuals, (2). the rate of development in several appendages of an individual, and (3). a happening of skipping whether it certainly occur or not, during newly hatched zoea larvae develop to post larva stage. The results of the above are as follow: (1). the stages which is easier to occur of big individuals are fifth and seventh stage in this species, (2). even same individual, development of several appendages differs more or less on the rate of growth in accordance with its parts, (3). Evidence which skipping phenomenon is occured, during development through zoea larvae to post larvae, couldn't confirm.

The fresh water prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergi (De Maan) is a very common species in Info-pacific region inhabiting both fresh and brackish waters in low land areas, and especially abundant in the lower reaches of most rivers which are influenced by seawater, It is one of the largest and commercial species of genus Macrobrachium. As a place of the researches to clear the possibilities of transplantation and propagation of this species in the Far East region the larval development, growth, optimum temperature and metamorphose rate up to first post larvae in aquaruim are cleared under the conditions of salinity $6.58-7.05\%_{\circ}$ Cl, pH 8.0-8.2, the rate of flow 0.3 liter per minute and illumination 3000 lux. Temperature ranged from 27.5 to $28.7^{\circ}C$ during the period of earlier larval development. For the study oil the relationship between temperature and metamorphose rate from zoea to first post larvae, the temperatures in experimental tank were $22.2^{\circ}C\pm1$, $26.1^{\circ}C\pm0.85$, $28.1^{\circ}C\pm0.34$, $30.4^{\circ}C\pm0.66$, $33.7^{\circ}C\pm0.66$, $33.7^{\circ}C\pm0.38$ and $36.8^{\circ}C\pm0.26$. During the work, food used for the larvae was Artemia salina nauplius in the filter-circulation aquariums. This species metamorphosed to the first post-larvae through eleven zoea stages, and the characters of each larval stage are described and optimum temperature for metamorphosis rate and survivals to the first post larvae is $28.1^{\circ}C\pm0.34$.

In the laboratory study, the toxicities of chlorpyrifos-methyl, chlorpyrifos, etofenprox, etofenprox+PAF' and deltamethrin for different larval instars of S. litura decreased significantly as larvae aged. LCso values for chlorpyrifos- methyl and chlorpyrifos increased significantly from 3rd instar larvae, while those for etofenprox+PAP and deltamethrin-increased from 2nd instar larvae. In pot study, no significant differences in control efficacy were observed among each treated plots and over 90% control efficacy at 5 d after treatment was obtained in all of the treated plots, except treatment with deltamethrin. Therefore four insecticides excluding deltamethrin will be effective for controlling S. litura. However, it will be probably important to select appropriate insecticides and decide a proper time of treatment because the developmental stage is a significant factor in deciding insecticide efficacy because various developmental stages of the tobacco cutworm inhibit in fields.

계란자조금관리위원회(위원장 안영기)는 지난 6일 대전에서 2013년 제2차 대의원회의를 개최하고 임원진 선출을 마쳤다. 이날 제3대 계란자조금관리위원장에 안영기 현 위원장이 만장일치 재추대 됐으며 대의원회 의장, 부의장, 감사, 관리위원을 선출했다. 한편, 관리위원장과 대의원회 의장, 부의장, 감사는 각각 2년의 임기를 수행하며 관리위원은 4년간의 임기를 수행하게 된다.

This study was conducted to investigate the winter ecology of the green leafhopper(GLH), Nephotettix cincticeps Uhler, in Milyang, south-eastern part of Korea from early December to early April during 1990 to 1992. The instar distribution in the overwinteing GLH population collected in December 5th was most of 4th instar 77% to 79% followed by 3rd instar 15% to 17% and 5th instar 3%. These instar distribution rate in the overwintering GLH was changed with collecting dates during overwintering periods of the GLH. Among the GLH population collected, as a result, the distribution rate of the 5th instar was significantly increased in February 20th and was most of 5th instar 70% to 71% in March 19th and was adult 47% to 50% in April 8th. During two overwintering periods of the GLH, the averaged instars converted the instar distribution of the overwintering GLH into the numerical values were 3.91 and 3.86 instar in December 5th, 4.11 and 4.07 instar in February 20th, 4.75 and 4.79 instar in March 19th and 5.42 and 5.45 instar in April 8th respectively. In addition to, the developmental index between pre-collected date and post-collected date of the overwintering GLH was roughly more than 1.0 value. It means that the overwintering GLH was developed without cease though the development was very slow and deponded upon air temperature. The overwintering GLH population were significantly more collected at the levee than at the barley field.
