The Impact of Customer Experience on Customer Attitudes and Product Re-purchase Intentions - Focusing on Start-up Firms - (고객경험이 고객태도와 제품 재 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 - 창업기업 중심으로 -)

  • In this study, there is a purpose of research to secure competitiveness through the effective utilization of intangible corporate resources of founded enterprises. For this research, we conducted a survey on the way the customers who used the products of the BI center and founders less than 7 years evaluated the founded company. Schmitt's empirical element was examined as a theoretical background, and it was examined whether these empirical factors and attitudes acted as a preprocess in the decision-making process as a repurchase intention. The Result of research is as follows. First, It clearly indicated that customer experience and search experience affected the degree of re-purchase. Second, customer's experience (use experience, search experience, contact experience) were grasped with significant influence on customer's attitude. Third, we discovered that customer's attitude had mediated between customer's experience (use experience, search experience) and re-purchase. This research suggests that if we manage empirical factors well, we can increase the degree of re-purchase and cope appropriately with the limitations of small and medium enterprises.

Theoretical Backgrounds of Basin Concentration Time and Storage Coefficient and Their Empirical Formula (유역 집중시간 및 저류상수의 이론적 배경과 경험식)

  • This study proposes proper forms of empirical formulas for the concentration time and storage coefficient based on their theoretical backgrounds and evaluates several existing empirical formulas by comparing them with the formula proposed in this study. Additionally, empirical formulas for the concentration time and storage coefficient of the Chungju Dam basin were derived using the forms proposed by considering their theoretical backgrounds, and compared with exiting empirical formulas. The results derived are summarized as follows. (1) The concentration time of a basin is proportional to the square of the main channel length, but inversely proportional to the channel slope, as the flood flow is generally turbulent. (2) The storage coefficient is proportional to the concentration time. (3) The comparison results with existing empirical formulas for the concentration time indicates that the empirical formulas like the Kirpich, Kraven (I), Kraven (II), California DoT, Kerby, SCS, and Morgali & Linsley are in line with the form proposed in this study. Among existing empirical formulas for the storage coefficient, the Clak, Russell, Sabol and Jung are found to be well matched to this study. (4) The application results to Chungju Dam basin indicates that among empirical formulas for the concentration time, the Jung, Yoon, Kraven (I), and Kraven (II) show relatively similar results to the observed in this study, but the Rziha shows abnormal results. Among the empirical formulas for the storage coefficient, the Yoon and Hong, Jung, Lee, and Yoon show somewhat reasonable results, but the Sabol shows abnormal results. In conclusion, the empirical formulas for the concentration time and storage coefficient developed in Korea are found to reflect the basin characteristics of Korea better.

A Study on Relationship between Obesity and Dental Caries of Young Children in the Province of Gangwon-do (강원지역 일부 유아의 비만과 치아우식증 관계 연구)

  • This study surveyed and analyzed on the relationship between obesity and oral health in early child hood and on the oral health realities targeting 90 young children at K Child Care Center where is located in Gangwon-do Province from 10 to 11, June, 2011. As a result, DMF rate accounted for 56.7%. D rate accounted for 42.2%. The young children with the higher age, height in 100~110cm, and weight in 25 kg were indicated to be higher in DF rate than other toddlers. The young children with height in 110~115 cm were indicated to be higher in prevalence of dental caries in deciduous teeth than other young children. It was indicated that the young children in the higher age and weight leads to the higher in DFT index and DFS index. It was indicated that the young children in the more overweight leads to the higher in the index of dental caries in primary teeth, the filling deciduous teeth index, DFT index, DMFS, and DFS index. Accordingly, the child care center needs to systematically perform the oral health education and oral health management for young children, to allow Young children to acquire right food habit, and to pay close attention even to selecting snack.

  • The Study aimed to observe Science Experience's Type in parent school out of school institution and Meaning of Middle School- Science Gifted Students in Korea. Twelve middle school gifted education institution and science high school students participated in this study. Data source was retrospective and in-depth interviews with individuals. Results were as follows. First, science experience with parents influenced interest and inquiring mind in science, choice of career in field of science. Second, science experience in school curriculum recognized that gifted students have talents of themselves in science and changed in Attitude toward science from science teacher. Third, science experience with education institution for out of school curriculum changed interest in science from Experiment for identified scientific knowledge and obtained new product through creative inquiry process. Furthermore, It was gained self-confidence, feel a sense of accomplishment and a challenging, the spirit of team work including of taking lead the team.

Predictors of Wish to Undergo Cosmetic Surgery according to Experience of Cosmetic Surgery in Female College Students (여대생의 미용성형 경험 유무에 따라 미용성형욕구에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • This study was to investigate which predictors influenced the wish to undergo cosmetic surgery according to experience of cosmetic surgery in female college students. A cross-sectional descriptive design was used with self-report questionnaires, which were completed by 254 subjects. Data was analyzed with t-test and regression. There were statistically significant differences in acceptance and social motivation of cosmetic surgery and the wish to undergo cosmetic surgery in the future between the two groups. Body area satisfaction and acceptance of cosmetic surgery were significant predictors to the wish to undergo cosmetic surgery in the non-experienced group. The significant predictor of the wish to undergo cosmetic surgery for the experienced group was acceptance of cosmetic surgery. The findings from this study suggest that there is need to different approaches to discuss or council for wish to undergo cosmetic surgery according to individual cosmetic surgery experience.

Impact of The Experience of being Discriminated on Their Experience of Discrimination: Focusing on The Moderating effect of the education for human rights (청소년의 차별피해경험이 차별가해경험에 미치는 영향 -인권교육의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study investigated the impact of the experience of being discriminated on their actual experience of discrimination, and verified the moderating effect of the education for human rights. The data used in this study were sampled from the 2014 children and youth human rights survey of Korea National Youth Policy Institute, and 4,023 students in middle or high school were selected for the final data analysis. The moderation model was analyzed by applying SPSS PROCESS macro. The analysis suggested the following. First, it was shown that the experience of being discriminated and the level of help and frequency of the education for human rights were significantly distinguished in the statistics. Second, even though the experience of being discriminated and the level of help of the education for human rights meaningfully influenced the experience of discrimination, frequency of education did not. Third, it was verified that the level of help from education of human rights moderates the relationship between the experience of discrimination and the experience of being discriminated. It also showed that the higher the level of help is, the more the experience of being discriminated exerts influence on the experience of discrimination. Thus, on the basis of the results, the theoretical discussion on the youth discrimination was drawn out and the practical implication on the direction of the education for human rights was suggested.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to reconstruct the modern thought of love in terms of Dewey's esthetic experience. In the contemporary Korean society, discussions of love are represented in the two tendencies, scientification of love and idealization of love. In actuality, they support the insistence of impossibility of love by the modern sociologists. The former deals with love as chemical reactions in brain, which is based on physiology and biology. The latter regards hypothetical love through the media as the idea of love and displaces concrete love in reality with it. To see love as the subject catching, understanding, and desiring the object depends upon a narrow concept of experience. It comes from the idea that experience is not doing and suffering in a concrete situation but knowing and understanding the object. In this case, the uniqueness and the qualitativeness with each experience of love are ignored. When these traits of a romantic relationship are disregarded, love cannot help but subordinate to the logic of capitalism. This paper, therefore, attempts to find a new way to understand experience of love, focusing on Dewey's concept of aesthetic experience. I suggest that we can expect the possibility of experience of love if love is experienced in a similar way with aesthetic experience based on emotional interaction, and that the very experience of love leads to growth of our personality. Furthermore, I think this communicative experience makes people to change their community as well as each person's private life.

The Effects of Elderly's Socio-economic Deprivation Experience on Suicidal Ideation (사회경제적 박탈 경험이 노인의 자살생각에 미치는 영향: 6가지 박탈 유형을 중심으로)

  • The study aims to analyze the effects of socio-economic deprivation on suicidal ideation. The analysis data were used as a guide for Korea Welfare Panel Study 9. the frequency analysis, mean difference analysis, correlation analysis, and logistic regression were performed by SPSS programs. The results of analysis are as follows. First, The results of frequency analysis by deprivation type showed a high frequency of deprivation in the following order. Experience of not receiving a public pension, experience of being able to work but unemployed, experience of not being able to eat a balanced diet due to financial difficulties, and experience where you had nothing to eat but no more money to buy. Second, the average difference analysis shows that when a person does not have a spouse, the lower the academic background and the income level, the higher the likelihood of suicide. Third, regression analysis shows that the following deprivation patterns have a statistically significant effect on older adults' thoughts of suicide. Experience in which the respondents or their family could not go to hospital because they had no money, experience that move house because is back rent more than 2 months or can not pay rent, experience that they could not afford to buy food and eat well-balanced meals, experience of failing to pay your bills on time, experience of being able to work but not having a job, and experience in which financial difficulties left them short of food and no money to live. Based on such research results, some policy measures, such as the expanding management of medical care benefits cases, the improvement of elderly housing, residential conditions and the diet survey for the elderly, and the expansion of measures to support elderly people's tax rates, were proposed.

  • Recently, as the importance of experience data increases, there are many attempts to deal with experience data from a data science perspective. In the case of approaching as a collection method of a quantitative survey method that seeks to quantify numerically such as big data, it is difficult to interpret the value of experience in a wide range, and it is relatively expensive and time consuming, and personal information infringement There is a limit to the analysis due to the risk of However, since ethnography, a procedure for collecting experience data based on qualitative research, is mainly carried out in the natural real environment of future customers from the perspective of users, it is possible to confirm the nature that customers face with a small sample. In addition, it is also easy to interpret the relational dimension of the empirical data. Although the ethnography method of collecting experiential data is economical and efficient, it is important to reduce errors in the collection process because the lack of scientific procedures for the data collection process can be a problem. It is important to secure the validity of whether the correct measurement tool is used for ethnography-based experiential data collection and to secure the reliability of the use of a valid measurement tool and method by accurately selecting the measurement target.   • This study examined methodologies for establishing a customer experience-focused innovation strategy, which is essential to transforming existing collection and preservation-oriented museum service into a visitor-oriented service. To this end, a review of studies examining good customer experience and bad customer experience was conducted, focusing on change in museum environments and customer experience from the service science and customer experience management perspectives. Research was conducted to present and prove. Implementing a customer experience-oriented innovation strategy in a museum requires exploring the various approaches that can be used to reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and selecting the most appropriate transformation plan. This study found that effective approaches are distinguished by the fact that they generate positive emotions in customers and use customer experience data to make important decisions regarding the establishment of practical resources in museums. This innovation model was developed and validated by analyzing how it differed from existing evaluation methods. Finally, a regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and museum performance as variables revealed a significant causal relationship.
