Harmony Search(HS) algorithm is an emerging meta-heuristic optimization algorithm, which is inspired by the music improvisation process and has been successfully applied to solve different optimization problems. In order to further improve the performance of HS, this paper proposes a new method which is called Fast Harmony Search(FSH) algorithm. For the purpose, this paper suggest a method to unify two independent improvisation processes by newly defining the boundary value of a object variable using HM. As the result, the process time of the algorithm is shorten and explicit decision of bandwidth is no more needed. Furthermore, exploitative power of random selection is improved. The numerical results reveal that the proposed algorithm can find better solutions and is faster when compared to the conventional HS.

The purpose of this article is to introduce and describe the case of Fukuoka Next-generation Social System Creation Hub based on the conceptual framework of regional innovation platform strategy. In short, it is a "government-issued" regional innovation platform strategy to improve innovativeness with limited creative capital through "borrowing" not money but network, wisdom, know-how, and ideas from each other between some stakeholder groups in a region. The Fukuoka Industry, Science & Technology Foundation, which is the coordinating institution of the whole program, plays the role of a platformer to unify various projects into the program crossing borders between stakeholder groups for building regional innovation platforms that lends intensive support to feedback loops between the program facilitator and its partners in the program. Thanks to being a government-issued one, it could be tied together with some wide ranging issues of policy on social innovations, such as the "low carbon society" or the "health and longevity society." But at the same time, it is a concern that many regional research institutions that have innovative potential and diverse ideas become governed by the platform without their noticing it and dealt with in the same way based on "selected" and "designated" strategic goals. Therefore, it seems that a regional innovation platform strategy is a kind of "double-edged sword" in public policy in the era of "panopticism of bureaucratic society" in Japan.

The development of local defense parts has played a role a pure function such as maintenance of stable procurement source of military goods, provision of timely supply, establishment of self-defense base, creation of import substitution effect considering the whole life-cycle cost, reduction of foreign currency and protection of domestic defense industry. However, as the development success rate is deteriorating, it is time to analyze the related policies and improve the system. In order to improve the success rate of development of parts for the defense sector, it is necessary to unify the separated policies by the development-related departments and strengthen the policy support for the development companies to actively participate in the development. In addition, it is necessary to improve the paradigm for the selection of development items and change the authority of selecting development items and to delegate authority to create synergies. Parts localization development policy improvement is military support side it will contribute to strengthening defense power management by organically combining with technological development aspect and economical aspect. Development items will be linked to defense exports, which will have a remarkable effect on sales growth and job creation effects. The development of local defense parts is spreading.

Purpose: The revenue sharing contract has been widely used in industries, and its ability to coordinate the supply chain system has been studied by numerous researchers. By reviewing the representative studies on the revenue sharing contract, this study intends to analyze the key features of this coordinating contract and identify its potential to be a more advanced coordination program than the original contract. Research design, data, and methodology: This study reviews past studies on the revenue sharing contract. The selected studies are investigated with a focus on how this contract is described to realize the supply chain coordination and the key issues that they address. Results: The literature review reveals that the revenue sharing contract requires standardized details about what and how to share. This study also finds additional issues that need to be addressed by researchers to improve this coordinating contract. Conclusions: Future researchers are advised to unify the detailed contents of the revenue sharing contract to confirm that it successfully coordinates the supply chain system. In addition, this study proposes key research issues that would enhance the role of revenue sharing contract as a supply chain coordination program.

This paper presents a comprehensive integrity assessment of welded structural components, including uniform high- and low-cycle fatigue assessment of welded plate joints and fatigue-induced fracture assessment of welded plate joints. This study reports a series of fatigue and fracture tests of welded plate joints under three-point bending. To unify the assessment protocol for high- and low-cycle fatigue of welded plate joints, this study develops a numerical damage assessment framework for both high- and low-cycle fatigue. The calibrated damage material parameters are validated through the smooth coupon specimens. The proposed damage-based fatigue assessment approach describes, with reasonable accuracy, the total fatigue life of welded plate joints under high- and low-cycle fatigue actions. Subsequently, the study performs a tearing assessment on the ductile crack extension of the fatigue-induced crack. The tearing assessment diagram derives from the load-deformation curve of a single-edge notched bend, SE(B) specimen and successfully predicts the load-crack extension relation for the reported welded plate joints during the stable tearing process.

J.D. Salinger's 1951 novel, Catcher in the Rye, has generally been known as a story of a young rebel, Holden Caulfield, who tries to break away from reality in the fifties, a decade prevalent with the strict rule and faultfinding culture of what he is taught at school: to simplify and unify. This novel often refers to a journey of an outsider who commits to playing a catcher in the rye, a fantasy world of innocence, infinity, and youth. As the story unfolds, Holden's ontology is rendered to show how vulnerable his affective ontology is to the ideological reality of containment and conformity. This informs how Holden is a pathological character that reifies the performative crisis of the postwar US Cold War ideology. That said, this paper examines the extent to which this novel can be possibly read as a narrative of illness to expose Holden's pathological conditions of illness, hysteria, and psychosis. Thus, it looks at his medical symptoms whose pathogens I attempt to analyze in terms of his affective potential of being ontologically engaged to the historical context, or the political unconscious, of the postwar US in the early Cold War years.

Yiguandao missions arrived in Korea no later than 1947. Despite many obstacles, including war and internal dissension, the movement has flourished in South Korea. Today there are three active major lineages and another seven smaller networks. This article relates the movement's overall development in Korea. We begin by discussing key missions dispatched to Korea by Yiguandao's founder Zhang Tianran. The northern port city of Tianjin was key to this effort, in particular a single temple, the Hall of Morality. In Korea the leaders found an unfamiliar cultural landscape that was soon engulfed in war. The Yiguandao missions tended to develop independently, without coordination. In an effort to unify the movement, the Morality Foundation was established in Busan in 1952. The article shows how Yiguandao's subsequent success in Korea is connected to the development of indigenous leadership. Local Korean leadership ousted Chinese members from the Morality Foundation in 1954, and this branch has continued under Korean leadership to this day. The ousted Chinese leaders continued to develop their own lineages. Two major leaders, Zhang Ruiquan and Kim Bokdang, were able to establish enduring legacies. A final section looks at organizational traits that will determine the movement's future prospects in modern Korean society.

Among the technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, drones that have grown rapidly and are being used in various industries can be operated by the pilot directly or can be operated automatically through programming. In order to be controlled by a pilot or to operate automatically, it is essential to predict and analyze the optimal path for the drone to move without obstacles. In this paper, after securing and analyzing the pilot training dataset through the unmanned aerial vehicle piloting training platform designed through prior research, the profile of the dataset that should be preceded to search and derive the optimal route of the unmanned aerial vehicle was designed. The drone pilot training data includes the speed, movement distance, and angle of the drone, and the data set is visualized to unify the properties showing the same pattern into one and preprocess the properties showing the outliers. It is expected that the proposed big data-based profile can be used to predict and analyze the optimal movement path of an unmanned aerial vehicle.

A 3-phase 100m long, 22.9kV class HTS power transmission cable system was developed by Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute (KERI) and LS cable Ltd. those are participated in the 21st Century Frontier project R&D Program of Korea. It is important to test the DC critical current related with its power capacity before applying to the real power grid. In 1995, several international standards organizations including International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), decided to unify the use of statistical terms related with 'accuracy' or 'precision' in their standards. It was decided to use the word 'uncertainty' for all quantitative (associated with a number) statistical expressions. In this paper, we measured DC critical current of 22.9kV/50MVA superconducting power cable with several voltage tap and analyzed the uncertainty with these results.

(1) If ℙ_T is quasi-nonexpansive, then it is proved that {x_n} converges strongly to a fixed point of T. (2) If a multimap T satisfies Condition(I) and ℙ_T is quasi-nonexpansive, then {x_n} converges strongly to a fixed point of T. (3) Finally, we establish a weak convergence result. Our results extend and unify some of the related results in the literature.
