The results showed that the male teachers' have higher expectations of the free learning semester compared to the female teachers'. Furthermore, the teachers who had experienced the free learning semester felt less job burdens than the teachers who did not. In addition, the subject teachers showed higher expectations of the free learning semester than the general teachers or the homeroom teachers. Therefore, in order to establish a stable system of free learning semester, it should be preceded by development of differentiated program of special education, free learning semester, strengthening of advance training, establishment of the system for participating in the whole school and the simplification of administration.

In case of power demand forecasting the most important problem is to deal with the load of special-days, Accordingly, this paper presents a method that forecasting special-days load with regression models and neural networks. Special-days load in summer season was forecasted by the multiple regression models using weekday change ratio Neural networks models uses pattern conversion ratio, and orthogonal polynomial models was directly forecasted using past special-days load data. forecasting result obtains % forecast error of about $1{\sim}2[%]$. Therefore, it is possible to forecast long and short special-days load.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the description elements for the effective management of the special format archives. In this study, the existing description rules for data elements including that of both general archives and special format archives were analyzed in order to extract the core description elements for special format archives. The result of the study proposed overall description elements in accordance of the basic formats of ISAD(G).

In 1973, B. Y. Chen and K. Yano introduced the special conformally flat space for the generalization of a subprojective space. The typical example is a canal hypersurface of a Euclidean space. In this paper, we study the conditions for the base space B to be special conformally flat in the conharmonically flat warped product space $B^n{\times}_fR^1$. Moreover, we study the special conformally flat warped product space $B^n{\times}_fF^p$ and characterize the geometric structure of $B^n{\times}_fF^p$.
