The purpose of this study is to present a legal improvement plan for health protection of the health-vulnerable class in our society in the 'COVID-19'. The contents of the first study examined the meaning of the existing (social) vulnerable class, and then critically considered the health-vulnerable class as an expanded concept in connection with the social risk of health. The term "vulnerable class" tends to have both meaning as the traditionally marginalized class such as the elderly, the disabled, and women, as well as the condition of having no ability to live due to low income, such as the low-income class. The concept of the health-vulnerable class is meaningful in that it appears as a recently expanded concept as it is linked to the concept of the vulnerable class and social risks such as health threats. The content of the second study looked at the problems that appeared when the health-vulnerable class was used together with the health care-vulnerable class in laws. Due to the laws used in both terms, there was a problem that the social security system related to health and health care could create blind spots. The contents of the third study suggested legal improvement directions for social security measures for health for the underprivileged.

조미식품과 관련된 용어로서는 양념, 조미료, 등이 있고 영어로는 Seasonings, Flavorings, Condiments, Spice등이 있다. 사전적인 의미에서 약간의 차이가 있을지 몰라도 조미식품이란 직접 음용하는 일은 드물고 주로 다른 식품의 풍미를 증진시키는데 이용되는 모든 식품을 말하며 일반사전에는 없는 일종의 '합성어'이다. 따라서 한마디로 정의하기 어렵고 다른 식품과의 구분도 애매한 편이다. 우리나라 표준산업 분류에는 조미식품 제조업이란 분류는 없다. 한편, 식품공전에서는 조미식품을 "식 등의 풍미를 돋우기 위한 목적으로 사용되는 장류, 시초, 소스류, 토마토 케첩, 카레, 고춘가로 및 실고추 향신료가공품, 드레싱, 복합조미식품, 향미유 등의 제품을 말한다"고 정의되어 있다. 이 중 장류에는 간장, 된장, 고추장, 춘장, 청국장 등이 포함되며, 소스류에는 우스타소스 등 서양풍 소스는 물론이고 불고기양념등과 같은 우리의 전통양념류를 포함한다. 우리나라 경우 드레싱보다는 마요네즈가 먼저 소개되어 현재 생산량이나 소비량에서 압도적으로 우위에 있기 때문에 마요네즈가 널리 알려져 있으나, 마요네즈는 샐러드드레싱, 프렌치드레싱 등과 마찬가지로 드레싱의 일종으로 보는게 타당하다. "소스"라는 말도 넓은 의미에서는 조미식품 의 대부분을 포함하며, 좁은 의미로는 현재 식품공전에서 말하는 제품류들이다. 이처럼 조미식품이라 하면 시초, 토마토 케첩 및 소스류, 마요네즈 및 드레싱류, 카레 및 천연향신료 등을 포함하는 좁은 의미를 뜻하는 경우가 많다. 본문은 이중에서 천연향신료를 중심으로 그 원료소재에 따른 기능별 효과를 다루고자 한다.

카토그램(Cartogram)은 통계데이터를 이용하여 지리공간에 나타나는 현상을 효과적으로 표현하는 방법 중 하나이다. 카토그램이란 넓은 의미에서 모든 통계지도를 포함하지만, 좁은 의미에서 지도의 변형을 통해 통계데이터의 특징을 표현하는 시각화 방법을 의미한다. 이 연구에서는 후자의 의미에서 카토그램이란 용어를 사용하였으며, 우리나라를 대상으로 절대적 공간을 시간거리 접근성에 의한 공간 카토그램으로 재구성하여 지도화하고, 변화된 공간패턴을 분석하고자 하였다. 카토그램은 특정한 목적을 위해 기본도의 형상이나 지역간의 연속성을 강조시켜서 만든 변형된 지도의 일종으로 전통적인 지도와는 매우 다른 이미지를 주게 되지만, 표현하고자 하는 현상의 공간적 구조를 매우 효과적으로 나타낼 수 있다.

This study describes the furniture terms in English relating to the types (Jang, Nong, Bandazi) and hinges (Gyeongchup) of traditional Korean wood furniture considering furniture globalization. Traditional Western chest, commode, wardrobe, cupboard, secretary, cabinet, and bookcase, which store something such as clothing, books, tablewares, small things and so on, could be compared with the Jang, Non, and Bandazi in terms of the pieces' use in researching the terms between English and Korean language. Hardwares decorating surfaces of the pieces, including the furniture types and details, were studied according to the shapes and the uses in order to explore the two terms. As a result, the terms of chest (Gaew), commode (Seolapjang), cupboard/buffet (Chanjang), wardrobe (Ottjang), cabinet (Jang), secretary (Jang), bookcase (Checkjang), and Half-opened chest (Bandazi) were analyzed and proposed in Korean and English language. In addition, the terms of the hinges between the two furniture were studied as well.

This study focuses a comparison of Korean and Western Furniture culture on traditional cupboard terms to make the people understand and distinguish the form of the various Korean and Western cupboard made by the craftsmanship before the industrial Revolution. As the result, the Korean cupboard shows Kangwon Chanjang/cupboard, Gyeonggi Chanjang/cupboard by the local name, dwiju Chanjang/cupboard, three-tiered Chanjang/cupboard, four-tired Chanjang/cupboard, two-tiered Chantak/cupboard, three-tiered Chantak/cupboard in the terms of the form. Korean cupboards are called Chanjang and Chantak. The Western cupboard shows cupboard, buffet, livery cupboard, cupboard-bed, corner cupboard, court cupboard, turkey-breast cupboard, pot cupboard, press, press cupboard, hall cupboard, sideboard, hunt sideboard, huntboard, cabinet, corner cabinet, writing cabinet, art cabinet, china cabinet, dresser, safe, meat safe, wall closet, wall cupboard, hanging corner cupboard, food cupboard in the terms of the various forms.

본 논문은 한글로 입력된 질의어를 이용하여 웹상의 MathML (Mathematical Markup Language) 수학식을 검색하는 시스템을 제안한다. 웹상의 수학식은 과거 이미지를 이용하여 표현되는 경우가 많았지만, 현재는 대부분 MathML과 같은 수학식 표현 마크업 언어로 작성되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 수학식을 검색하기 위해서는 해당 언어를 알고 있거나 수식 입력 툴을 이용해야 하는 경우가 대부분이기 때문에, 일반 사용자들이 수학식 검색을 하는 데에는 제약점이 따랐다. 본 연구에서는 사용자들이 전통적인 검색 방법을 이용하여 특정 마크업 언어가 아닌 일반 평문으로 작성된 질의어를 입력하여 수학식을 검색 가능 하도록 하기 위해, 평문 질의어를 MathML 표현으로 변환시키는 방법을 사용한다. 질의어로 입력될 수 있는 다양한 수학식 표현을 미리 구축한 사전을 이용하여 MathML 표현으로 변환하는 간결한 기법만으로도 MRR 0.495 의 높은 성능을 얻을 수 있었다.

온톨로지는 주어진 응용 도메인의 특성을 나타내는 관련 개념들의 집합과 정의 그리고 그들간의 관계로 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 코퍼스에 있는 텍스트의 분석 결과를 이용한 온톨로지를 구축방안과 이를 문서의 검색에 사용함으로써 해당정보가 있는 자원을 찾는 정확도를 향상시키는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 실험 도메인의 문서 내에 출현한 전문 용어들의 결합형태를 분석하여 계층구조를 도출해내는 알고리즘을 제안하며 구축된 온톨로지를 문서의 검색에 응용하였다. 제안된 온톨로지는 전통적인 문서검색의 인덱스 파일과 같은 역할을 하게 되며, 질의로 들어온 키워드뿐 아니라 그에 대한 온톨로지 내 하위어들에 기반하여 검색을 수행함으로써 많은 의미정보를 포함하고 있으며 검색의 정확도를 높일 수 있었다.

연구 성과물에 대한 접근성을 개선함으로써 다른 연구에도 도움을 주어 또 다른 과학적 발명과 발견에 기여할 수 있어야 한다는 오픈 사이언스의 철학이 전세계적으로 설득력을 얻으면서 연구 데이터 공개 및 출판을 위한 사회적 논의도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 지난 몇년 동안 글로벌 표준식별자 개발, 메타데이터 및 인용 방식의 표준화, 데이터 리포지토리 구축 등 연구 데이터 공개 및 출판을 위한 기술이 비약적으로 발전하고 있다. 전통적으로 학술지 논문의 부속 자료로 여겨지던 데이터(연구 데이터)는 이제 다양한 분야에서 논문과는 독립적으로 데이터 리포지토리에 기탁되어 공개되거나 데이터 저널에 출판되기도 한다. 그러나 학술 논문의 출판과는 달리 데이터 출판은 종종 다른 용어와 의미로 정의되기도 하며 분야마다 데이터 출판의 방식과 구현의 정도가 크게 다르다. 본 연구에서는 현재 진행 중인 데이터 공개 및 출판 이니셔티브를 소개하고 데이터의 공적 이용가능성, 문서화, 인용, 식별자 부여, 검증 및 데이터 출판의 단계별 구현 사례를 분석한다. 또한 국내에서 데이터 출판과 관련하여 수행 중인 과제를 검토한다. 마지막으로, 학술 정보 출판과 연구데이터 관리를 도서관의 기능으로 인식하고 출판과 관련한 다양한 관심사를 논의하는 도서관 중심 이니셔티브를 살펴봄으로써 데이터 출판과 관련한 도서관의 역할을 모색하고자 한다.

전통적으로 선박교통관제서비스는 정보제공(INS), 항행지원(NAS), 교통관리(TOS)로 구분되어 왔으나, 최근 IMO 결의서 A.1158의 개정을 통해 선박교통관제서비스의 목적을 선박 항해에 안전하지 않은 상황을 선제적으로 모니터링하고 통제하는 것으로 규정하고 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 VTS 서비스 용어들을 모두 삭제하였으며, IALA에서도 관제사의 의사결정도구에 대한 개정을 논의하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 기반의 관제사 의사결정도구를 제안하였으며, 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 제안하는 방법은 관제사의 주관적인 판단과 단순한 규칙에 의존하던 기존의 관제 방법과는 달리 데이터를 기반으로 하는 객관적인 관제 기준을 제시할 수 있으며, 이러한 방법이 실제 관제 현장에 적용되어 해양사고를 방지하고, 항만의 운영 효율을 향상시킬 수 있기를 기대한다.
