  • The synthesis of pentahydroindanoisoquinoline (4) compound has been achieved via the cyclization of 2-(N-benzylamino)-5,6-difluoro-1-indanol (10a, 10b), which was prepared by condensation and reduction of 2-amino-1-indanol and benzaldehyde in ethanol. The stereochemistry of $H_{6a}$ and $H_{11b}$ of 9,10-difluoro-5,6,6a,7,11b-pentahydroindano[2,1-c]isoquinoline (4) was the trans B/C ring fusion.

한국산 Actinolaimoidea상과의 (Dorylaimida:Nematoda) 4신종 기재 (Descriptions of Four New Species of Actinolaimoidea (Dorylaimida:Nematoda) from Korea)

  • Actinolaimoidea 상과에 속하는 4신종을 기재 하였다. Neoactinolaimus gosungensis n. sp.는 체장이 2.2-2.4 mm 이고, b = 4.3-4.9; c = 10.7-11.2; 교접자는 60-62 $mu extrm{m}$이다. 구순부는 낮고, 비대칭형인 창침과 넓은 관공을 가진다. Egtitus arcuatus n. sp.는 체장이 1.5-1.8 $\mu\textrm{m}$이고, b = 3.6-4.2; c = 14-15, 창침은 배부로 굽었고, 식도의 기부에 식도장간개가 있다. Paractinolaimus tuberculantus n. sp.는 체장이 1.9-2.5 mm이고, b = 3.3-4.0, c = 7.2-8.8, 교접자는 66-69 $\mu\textrm{m}$이고 특이하게 몸통이 꼬였고, 식도의 기부에 결절이 있다. Carcharolaimus koriensis n. sp.는 체장이 1.7-1.9 mm이고, b = 3.6-4.5, c = 65-76 그리고 표피에 매우 뜨겁고 창침공이 큰 것이 특징이다.

Use of Resin Infiltrant to Prevent Discoloration after Teeth Whitening

  • Background: This study attempted to apply resin infiltrant (RI) as a method to maintain the effect of tooth bleaching treatment and compared it with fluoride varnish (FV) or artificial saliva to evaluate the effect. Methods: Sixty healthy lozenge specimens were classified into five groups. Group 1 was the negative control group, and discoloration was induced after artificial saliva treatment of the tooth specimen (G1S+C). Group 2 was a positive control group, in which pigmentation was induced after bleaching treatment and artificial saliva treatment (G2 B+S+C). Coloration was induced in group 3 (experimental group 1) after bleaching treatment and artificial saliva treatment, followed by application of fluorine varnish (G3B+FV+S+C). Coloration was induced in Group 4 (experimental group 2) after applying RI after bleaching treatment and artificial saliva treatment (G4B+RI+S+C). Pigmentation was induced in group 5 (experimental group 3) after bleaching treatment and artificial saliva treatment, followed by acid treatment (etching) and treatment with RI (G5B+E+RI+S+C). Coffee and wine were used to induce discoloration. The lightness value (L*) of the CIE L*a*b* color system was obtained by image analysis. Kruskal-Wallis H analysis was performed for the mean difference in L* values by group. Results: When coloration was induced with coffee, there was no significant difference in L* value between artificial saliva (G2 B+S+C), FV (G3B+FV+S+C), and RI (G4B+RI+S+C, G5B+E+RI+S+C) groups. There was no significant difference in L* values between the artificial saliva (G2 B+S+C), FV (G3B+FV+S+C), and RI (G4B+RI+S+C, G5B+E+RI+S+C) groups, even in the case of wine induced coloration. Conclusion: It was confirmed that artificial saliva or RI treatment had similar effects to the FV previously used to maintain the effect of tooth bleaching treatment.

세라믹 Package 봉착용 유리의 결정화에 관한 연구 (Crystallization of Solder Glasses for Ceramic Package)

  • PbO 77-80wt%, ZnO 4.5-6wt%, $B_2O_3$ 7.5-8.5wt%, $TiO_2$ 3-7wt%, $P_2O_5$ 0.5-2wt%의 조성을 갖는 IC Package봉착용 저융점($400-460^{\circ}C$) 결정화유리 frit를 제조하였다. DTA-TMA, X-선 회절분석, SEM 등을 이용하여 봉착용 유리의 결정화 특성을 연구하였다. $TiO_2$ 함량이 3wt% 함유시료는 $420-440^{\circ}C$에서 $2PbO{\cdot}ZnO{\cdot}B_2O_3$의 결정이 균일성장하였다. $TiO_2$ 함량이 4wt% 첨가된 시료는 $420-440^{\circ}C$에서 $2PbO{\cdot}ZnO{\cdot}B_2O_3와\;PbTiO_3$ 결정이 섞여서 혼합결정을 이루고 있었다. 또한 $TiO_2$ 5wt% 첨가된 시료는 $440-460^{\circ}C$에서 perovskite $PbTiO_3$ 결정만 석출되었다.

온라인 B2C 웹사이트에 기술수용모델 및 신뢰 신념의 적용 (Applying The Technology Acceptance Model and Trust Beliefs to Online B2C Websites)

  • B2C EC has two kinds of perspectives such as technology-oriented and trust-oriented perspectives. As lots of fraud damages on the B2C EC have been reported every day, the trust-oriented perspective receives lots of attention. In this study, an integrative typology for developing and validating trust measures for B2C EC proposed by McKnight et al.(2002a) and McKnight and Chevany(2002b) has been used for trust-oriented perspective, and the TAM(technology acceptance model) model proposed by Fred Davis in 1985 has been used for technology-oriented perspective. An research model had been developed by using the 4 factors of an integrative typology and 5 factors of the TAM model such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust beliefs, intention, and actual transaction. All 13 hypotheses had been proposed from this research model and tested by field study. 12 hypotheses, including the 4 f actors of an integrative typology as antecedents on trust beliefs, were significant, whereas the hypothesis 5 on the relationship between structural assurance and perceived ease of use was insignificant. Structures on B2C EC like guarantees, regulations, promises, legal recourse, or other procedures seemed to be difficult to B2C EC customers. Therefore, these structures should be developed more easier to B2C EC customers.

유통중인 발아현미밥의 품질특성 (Quality Properties of Cooked Germinated-brown Rice)

  • 시중에 유통중인 발아현미 무균포장밥 제품 2종을 대상으로 품질특성을 조사하였다. 수분함량은 $64.5\%$였으며 주요 유리당은 glucose, sucrose, maltose로 A 제품은 glucose가 $0.20\%$, B 제품은 sucrose 함량이 $0.50\%$로 각각 가장 많았다. 발아현미밥의 백색도는 69.32로 B 제품이 높았으며, vitamin E 함량은 A 제품이 $30.7\;{\mu}g/100g$, B제품이 $46.9\;{\mu}g/100g$이었고, 식이섬유 함량은 A 제품이 $2.8\%$, B 제품이 $2.2\%$로 분석되었다. DSC 특성에서는 두 제품이 전반적으로 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 즉, peak 1의 호화개시온도는 각각 $56.5^{\circ}C$, $56.2^{\circ}C$ 호화엔탈피는 5.46 J/g, 5.56 J/g이었다. Peak 2의 호화개시온도는 $109.5^{\circ}C$, $108.9^{\circ}C$이고 용융엔탈피는 0.33 J/g, 0.37 J/g였다. 관능평가 결과에서는 외관, 맛, 조직감에서 높은평가를 받은 B 제품이 더 양호한 전반적기호도를 나타내었다.

Mad2B forms a complex with Cdc20, Cdc27, Rev3 and Rev1 in response to cisplatin-induced DNA damage

  • Mitotic arrest deficient 2 like 2 (Mad2L2, also known as Mad2B), the human homologue of the yeast Rev7 protein, is a regulatory subunit of DNA polymerase ζ that shares high sequence homology with Mad2, the mitotic checkpoint protein. Previously, we demonstrated the involvement of Mad2B in the cisplatin-induced DNA damage response. In this study, we extend our findings to show that Mad2B is recruited to sites of DNA damage in human cancer cells in response to cisplatin treatment. We found that in undamaged cells, Mad2B exists in a complex with Polζ-Rev1 and the APC/C subunit Cdc27. Following cisplatin-induced DNA damage, we observed an increase in the recruitment of Mad2B and Cdc20 (the activators of the APC/C), to the complex. The involvement of Mad2B-Cdc20-APC/C during DNA damage has not been reported before and suggests that the APC/C is activated following cisplatin-induced DNA damage. Using an in vitro ubiquitination assay, our data confirmed Mad2B-dependent activation of APC/C in cisplatin-treated cells. Mad2B may act as an accelerator for APC/C activation during DNA damage response. Our data strongly suggest a role for Mad2B-APC/C-Cdc20 in the ubiquitination of proteins involved in the DNA damage response.

FHD법으로 형성된 실리카 유리미립자의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Silica Fine Glass Particles prepared by Flame Hydrolysis Deposition Process)

  • 수직형 FHD증착법을 사용하여 SiO$_{2}$, SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계 실리카 유리미립자를 형성하였으며, SEM, ICP-AES, XRD, TGA-DSC을 사용하여 그 특성을 분석하였다. XRD측정을 통해, 미립자 형성시 사용된 화염온도(130$0^{\circ}C$-150$0^{\circ}C$)와 기판온도(-20$0^{\circ}C$)가 SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$계 미립자를 비정질상태로 형성하였으며, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$와 SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계 미립자에서는 B$_{2}$O$_{3}$, BPO$_{4}$, GeO$_{2}$의 결정성피크들을 관찰하였다. TGA-DSC 열분석을 통해, SiO$_{2}$와 SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$는 온도변화에 따른 질량변화가 없었으며, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계의 경우 질량감소를 동반한 유리전이에 따른 분자이완현상 및 결정화나 회복반응을 나타내고 있다. 질량감소는 미립자가 결정상태일때 가속되는 경향을 나타냈으며, DSC열분석을 통해 SiO$_{2}$, SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계 유리미립자들의 고밀화가 시작되는 온도를 각각 1224$^{\circ}C$, 1151$^{\circ}C$, 953$^{\circ}C$, 113$0^{\circ}C$에서 관찰하였다.

  • The $MgB_2$ tapes with several metal powder addition were fabricated by PIT method with or without heat treatment. The $J_c$ value of $5.600A/cm^2$ and $16.000A/cm^2$ at 4.2 K and 5 T were obtained for the $MgB_2$ tape and 10 vol % of Cu added $MgB_2$ tape without heat treatment respectively. The $J_c$ value of $8.000A/cm^2$ and $35,000A/cm^2$ at 4.2 K and 5 T were obtained for the $MgB_2$ tape and 10 vol. % of Al added $MgB_2$ tape with heat treatment, respectively. The $J_c-B$ curve shows enhancement in $J_c$ under magnetic field. which suggests enhancement in workability and grain connectivity with several metal powder addition.

서로 다른 씨클로펜타디엔 유도체가 결합된 최초의 비스무스 화합물, ${\eta}^5-C_5(CH_3)_5Bi({\eta}^5-C_5H_5)_2$의 합성과 결정구조 (The First Organobismuth Compound with Differently Substituted, ${\pi}$-bonded Cyclopentadienylring, ${\eta}^5-C_5(CH_3)_5Bi({\eta}^5-C_5H_5)_2$)

  • 서로 다른 씨클로펜타디엔 유도체가 ${\pi}$-결합된 최초의 비스무스 화합물인 ${\eta}^5-C_5(CH_3)_5Bi({\eta}^5-C_5H_5)_2$이 디펜타메틸씨클로펜타디에닐 비스무스디메틸아미드 $Cp{\ast}_2BiNMe_2[Cp{\ast}=C_5(CH_3)_5]$와 씨클로펜타디에닐 모노머와의 반응으로 합성되었다. 반응조건은 에테르 용매하에 -78$^{\circ}C$ 반응온도 조건하에서 얻어졌다. 합성된 반응물을 노르말 헥산 용매에서 재결정시킨 결과, 검은색 결정이 60% 수율로 얻어졌다. 그리고 재결정시킨 반응물을 190K에서 X-선 단결정 구조 분석 방법에 의해 그 구조를 밝혔다. 그 결과 결정계의 격자계는 I2/a, a=1756.00 picometer, b=906.00 picometer, c=2211.00 picometer, ${\beta}$=104.04, Z=8로 확인되었다. 여기서 a, b, c는 결정�Ю� 상수이고, ${\beta}$는 결정격자 상수인 b와 c간의 각도이며, Z는 단위 결정 격자당 분자의 갯수이다.
