1. Purpose The purpose of this article was to find the change of Dong-mu's conceptions about constitutional disease through comparing with ${\ulcorner}$Sasang-Yihak-chobonguen${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ written in 1894(Old edition) and ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ published in 1901(In Edition) 2. Methods Comparing with ${\ulcorner}$Sasang-Yihak-chobonguen${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ written in 1894(Old edition) and ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ published in 1901(In Edition) we found the change of Dong-mu's conceptio ns about constitutional disease 3. Result 1) In ${\ulcorner}$Sasang-Yihak-chobonguen${\lrcorner}$, diseases were classified 'Oi-Gam(外感)‘, ’Nae-sang(內傷)‘, ’Ok-roi(牢獄)‘. ’Wi-gyoung(危傾)‘. In ${\ulcorner}$Sasang-Yihak-chobonguen${\lrcorner}$ ordinary symptoms was more impotant than disease, and good life style was emplasized for health 2) In ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ written in 1894(Old edition), diseases were classified 'Oi-Gam(外感)‘, ’Nae-sang(內傷)‘. siseases from exterior causes was classified into 'Oi-gam-noi-chu-byoung(外傷腦?頁病)’, and diseases from interior causes was classified into 'Nae-sang-wi-wan-byoung(內觸胃脘病).‘ Herbal medication yet was't used by Disease 3) In ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ published in 1901(In Edition), diseases was classified not by causes of disease but by mechanism and symptom of disease, so into Exterior-cold disease' and 'Interior-hot disease'. Herbal medication was used by pattern of Disease. 4) Conception of constitutional diseases was gradualy complished through edition.

1. Background and Purpose : ${\ulcorner}Dong\;Eui\;Sa\;Sang\;Sin\;Pyun{\lrcorner}$is the one of widely used medical books in the Sasang Constitucional Medicine Academy, but there was not enough study of the author. Through the research of the ${\ulcorner}Won\;Ji-Sang{\lrcorner}$, the Author, We highly intent to utilize the book ${\ulcorner}Dong\;Eui\;Sa\;Sang\;Sin\;Pyun{\lrcorner}$. 2. Methods : We arranged Won Ji-Sang's life style with investigation of the Won Yong-Sa(Won Ji-Sang's daughter), Survivors's verbal evidence and related books. 3. Results and Conclusion : 1) Won Ji-Sang's Childhood Name was "Ill Sang", Pseudonym was "Duck Pil", Pen Name was "Sung Am". He was born in "Bong Yang Myune, Je Chon Gune, Chung Buk" at 1885's June 1st of the lunar calendar and moved to "Yeo Ju Gune, Kyung Gi Do" at 1910's, and passed away in "Nae Sa Ree, Whung Chun Myune, Yeo Ju Gune, Kyung Gi Do" at 1962's June 2'nd of the lunar calender, when he was 78s. 2) The outline of philosophy of Won Ji-Sang's was based of "Wha Seo Doctrinal Faction's ideology", which was connected with Kim Pyong-Muk, Yu Jung-Kyo, Lee Gun-Won, Rue Rin-Suk. 3) ${\ulcorner}Dong\;Eui\;Sa\;Sang\;Sin\;Pyun{\lrcorner}$ was published in 1929's when Won Ji-Sang was 45s. However, we couldn't find out how Won Ji-Sang got to know Sasang Constitutional Medicine, and whether or not he had relation with Dong Mu Lee Je-Ma. 4) Won Ji-Sang's medical experience might be started before he was 45, and real medical treatment began when he was 66.

Nowadays people suffer from the excessive stress, emotional disorder, lack of sleepness, overeating of rich fatty diet and irregular schedule. These things accumulate Fire inside humanbody through many ways. Fire, then, brings out many kinds of disease. How to treat Fire is important theme of the medicine. Liu Wansu studied Fire as a important pathogenic factor. He evolved his theory about the relationship between the Xuanfu(玄府)- the sweat, Six Qi, emotional disorder and the climate condition and Fire. He payed great efforts to diagnose accurately and treat the disease on the ground of the theory based on The Yellow Emperors‘ Internal classic.
