${\ulcorner}$Hwang\;Jae\;Nai\;Kyung${\lrcorner}$ is the greatest and oldest book on oriental medicine. It contains all the basic theories of oriental medicine. OB&GY in oriental medicine have been developed on the foundation of ${\ulcorner}$Hwang\;Jae\;Nai\;Kyung${\lrcorner}$. However no intensive gynecological studies on ${\ulcorner}$Hwang\;Jae\;Nai\;Kyung${\lrcorner}$ has been performed to this day. Hereupon, an investigation on OB&GY in Hwang Jae Nai Kyung is done for future theory and clinical study. The phrases that contain OB&GY are totally 24 in the chapter 16 of Somun and total of 9 in the chapter 8 of Youngchu. Phrases dealing with pregnancy were total of 9, which was the most frequent. Also statements about amenorrhea, lower abdominal pain, bleeding, discharge, menstruation, jangdam, sukga, postpartum, infertility were found. Hence, more studies of OB&GY in ${\ulcorner}$Hwang\;Jae\;Nai\;Kyung${\lrcorner}$ is needed in order to verify and apply the theories stated in ${\ulcorner}$Hwang\;Jae\;Nai\;Kyung${\lrcorner}$.

Shenming(神明) exists everywhere in the universe; it affects human beings to feel and contact ideal and peaceful state of Shen(神). Shenming theory(神明思想) in ${\ulcorner}$Hwang Ti Nei Ching${\lrcorner}$ (黃帝內經) was established by ancient Northeastern Asians who were trying to apply paradigm called TianRenHeYi theory(天人合-思想), unifying man and the Great Spirit(絶對精神) of the universe. Based on present, Shenming(神明) is an idea that can estimate will of Shen(神) which has a key to the future; such concept is founded by both human's mind and action that are designed to seek for the uncertain future. Very pure and devoted mind can sympathize with Shen(神) to accept Shenming(神明). Sehnming theory(神明思想) in ${\ulcorner}$Hwang Ti Nei Ching${\lrcorner}$ (黃帝內經) has a basic concept of living balanced life as a human by accepting Shenming(神明), the Spirit of Universe. Thus, it can be summarized into a phrase, 'Shenming(神明) is a process that human conjures his ultimate destiny called the Great Spirit(絶對精神) in himself.' If a man would be guided by Shenming(神明), the Spirit of Universe, he can live peacefully. Therefore, it is essential to study Shenming theory(神明思想) in ${\ulcorner}$Hwang Ti Nei Ching${\lrcorner}$ (黃帝內經) to aid present people's mental health.

Y$_2$O$_3$films were grown on SiO$_2$-covered Si(111), and hydrogen-terminated Si(111), and hydrogen-terminated Si(111) substrates at 50$0^{\circ}C$ by ultrahigh vacuum ionized cluster beam deposition (UHV-ICB). The microstructures and growth behavior of these films have been investigated by transmission electron diffraction (TED) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HREM). The TED results show that the $Y_2$O$_3$grown on the SiO$_2$-Si has the epitaxial relationship of (11-1)Y$_2$O$_3$∥(111)Si and [-110]Y$_2$O$_3$∥[-110]Si. The film on the H-Si substrate contains YS\ulcorner and amorphous YSi\ulcornerO\ulcorner layers at the interface, having the orientation relationship each other. For the YSi\ulcorner and the Si substrate, the relationship is (0001)YSi\ulcorner∥(111)Si and [1-210]YSi\ulcorner∥∥[-110]Si. For the $Y_2$O$_3$and the YSi\ulcorner ; the relationship is as follows: (11-1)Y$_2$O$_3$∥(0001)YSi\ulcorner and [-110]Y$_2$O$_3$∥[1-210]YSi\ulcorner(111)Y$_2$O$_3$∥(0001)YSi\ulcorner and [-110]Y$_2$O$_3$∥[1-210]YSi\ulcorner. Explanation is given to describe the formation mechanisms of the interfacial phases of SiO\ulcorner, YSi\ulcornerO\ulcorner and YSi\ulcorner. It is shown that the crystallinity of the $Y_2$O$_3$film on the SiO$_2$-Si(111) is better than that of $Y_2$O$_3$on H-Si(111).

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to investigate the reality of nursing students lived experience of clinical practice nursing of dementia patients, which will provide the basic research material to enhance the effect of their clinical practice. Method: Van Manens hermeneutic-phenomenological method has been used to analyze the data. Participants consisted of 8 second-year nursing students who did the clinical practice at a dementia unit in C hospital. Data was collected from in-depth face to face interviews. Result: $\ulcorner$being confused by the unfamiliar environment of nursing practice$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$being disordered about the patients' duality behaviour$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$perceiving necessity to accept patients' behaviors$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$feeling personal connections likely to grandmother$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$realizing the patients affection of their family$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$being frustrated by the patients' hopelessness$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$lessening biased view on dementia$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$feeling the anxiety about the unsecured future$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$realizing the necessity of the gradual and individual care$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$understanding the nursing of dementia as comprehensive nursing$\lrcorner$Conclusion: We are able to obtain an in-depth understanding about the nursing students lived experience of clinical practice nursing of dementia patients. Based upon this, there is a need to develop a better nursing intervention in order to enhance the effect of the nursing students clinical practice.

We have investigated the photoreflectance characteristics for In\ulcornerGaAs/GaAs heterojunction structure grown by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). The E\ulcorner bandgap energy of In\ulcornerGa\ulcornerAs at room temperature was observed at about 1.3 eV. From this result, the indium composition x value was calculated. The shoulder peaks were observed higher than E\ulcorner peaks, and peak positions were shifted toward 12 meV to 70 meV higher energy with increasing doping concentrations. The shoulder peaks can be observed by In segregation and re-evaporation. However, we think that indium re-evaporation cause th shift of shoulder peaks after epilayer growth.

Objectives This study is to find changes of Dongmu Lee Je-Ma's conception about Soeumin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease through comparing with his writings such as ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGo${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sasang chobon guen${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Gabobon${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sinchucbon${\lrcorner}$. 2. Methods We compared conceptions, symptom, mechanism and treatment of Soeumin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease in ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGo${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sasang Chobonguen${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Gabobon${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sinchucbon${\lrcorner}$ 3. Results and Conclusions (1) In ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGo${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sasang Chobonguen${\lrcorner}$, Dongmu Lee Je-Ma?s conception about soeumin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease is yet based on previous traditional medicine based on ${\ulcorner}$DongEuiBoGam${\lrcorner}$ (2) In ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Gabobon${\lrcorner}$, Seupgwakran(습곽란(濕藿亂)) is described within the catego of Taeum syndrome(태음병(太陰病)), and Geongwakran(건곽란(乾藿亂)) is described within the catergory of Soeum syndrome(소음병(少陰炳)). But conception about Soeurnin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease is not yet definitely settled. (3) In ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sinchucbon${\lrcorner}$, Geongwakran(건곽란(乾藿亂)) is described within a severe case of Taeum syndrome(태음병(太陰病)) ? Dongmu Lee Je-Ma? s conception about Soeurnin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease is changed.

1. Objectives This paper was written in order to understand formative process of Taeumin's Dry-febrile Symptom. 2. Methods We analysis Taeumin's Dry-febrile Symptom through pathology and prescription in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowonchobongyun${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowongabo-bon${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowonsinchukbon${\lrcorner}$. And we also analysis before study on pathology of Taeumin. 3. Results and Conclusions SCM was controled by Good-Qi. There was explained the strong and weak of Good-Qi to the number of real life. Slightness and Severeness of disease are dependent on the Health Energy of small viscera. So the interior febrile disease of Taeumin is divided to Liver-febrile symptom and Dry-febrile symptom. Because Liver-febrile symptom is reasonable symptom but Dry-febrile symptom is contrary symptom.
