To do performance evaluations about inorganic permanent form mixed in admixture(fly ash, silica fume) and after placed concrete, it is examined reinforcement materials in the permanent form from shear strength, bond strength and flexural strength tests. In this study, permanent form was inserted with reinforcement metal fitting is strength-tested in several method. The result of this study is belows. (1) In bond strength test, Most specimens are satisfied with criterion-6 kgf/$cm^2$. (2) Irrelative with the inserted metal fitting's shape, unevenness and aggregate, Permanent form and after placed concrete have good condition in the shear strength test. (3) In flexural test, there is no drop out of permanent form. Most cracks are located in nearby the strain point.

In recently, polishing tile(porcelain homogeneous polished tile) was used in the construction field as a finishing material. But, there happened some problems such as tile exfoliation by construction condition in early ages. Also, in the dry wall system which used to lightweight wall, for use of polishing tile on dry wall, the examination of adhesive stability of polishing tile is needed. In this Paper, adhesive strength of Polishing tile was investigated by tile bond types on gypsum board and non asbestos board coated by tar-urethane and polymer modified cementitious waterproofing membrane(Series I). Then, the effect of heat stress and vibration was estimated on gypsum and non asbestos board(Series II).

Recently, with the increasing of construction works, large construction equipment are used to reduce the term of work and labor cost in construction field. Therefore, construction equipment noise has caused much annoyance for a number of dweller in nearby construction field and it has become a very serious problem in our living environment. Nevertheless, in our country, adequite guidelines for the construction equipment noise are very deficiency because of the lack of basic data and insufficient research works. From this point of view, this study attempts to survey the characteristics and prediction of SIP piling noise. On the basis of measurement value, we analysed about prediction possibility of SIP piling noise by computer simulation.

The purpose of this study is development of dry floor tile method that practically used for improving wet method's defect, with resin mat design. PE resin used mat which satisfied with bonding test, waterproof test, resistance to chemical attack test, resistance to impact test and freezing and thawing test is confirmed the basic property.

This paper presents the results of mock up test on the manufacturing of high fluidity concrete by applying flowing methods with segregation reducing type superplasticizer(SRS). Three kinds of mock up structure are made such as. conventional concrete(A), high fluidity concrete(B) and high fluidity concrete incorporating 20% of fly ash(C). Physical and mechanical properties, temperature history of structure and nondestructive test are performed. Segregation reducing type superplasticizer is put into base concrete at field, and base concrete is also flowed at field. C mock up structure which requires 0.85% of SRS to flow base concrete shows most desirable performance at fresh state. The highest rising temperature shows the lowest at C structure among the tested structures. Strength variations before and after flowing also show the lowest values at C structures.

When top down method is used, it could be a construction method trouble in column joint, between the former concrete and the latter. It could bring a void and weak concrete in column. The purpose of this study is finding a way to prevent concrete void and concrete suitable for top down, through V-metering for top down column and concrete experiment.

The purposes of this study were mix design and quality control of high strength concrete for the construction of high rise complex structure. Desired performances of this high strength concrete were slump flow 50$\pm$10cm, air content 4.5$\pm$1.5% and design strength 400kgf/$cm^2$. Experimental flow was that optimal mix design was selected in the indoor experiment and after that, producing test was done in the batcher plant. Excel lent results of experiment was obtained from binder content 475kg/$m^2$ with replacement ratio 10% of fly ash. The results of field application of high strength concrete was sufficiently satisfied both flowability and compressive strength.

As a rule, in case of CFT for high-rise building, high strength concrete is required since it should have high fluidity, segregation resistance and large proportion of cement per unit considering the fi11ing beneath the diaphragm. However, regarding the low-rise building under 20 stories, it is somewhat difficult to use high strength concrete. This is a fundamental study to develop a concrete with normal strength and high fluidity for CFT of low-rise building, whose purposes are in speculating several kinds of changes in concrete's characteristics through various experiments and offering basic documents for practicalization in si to and production through mock-up test.

In order to control hydration heat in mass concrete, pipe cooling method has been widely used. The pipe cooling method leads to the decrease of curing period by lagging materials as well as the decrease of temperature difference between center and surface of mass concrete member, There are two methods in the pipe cooling system, which are open loop system and closed loop system. However open loop pipe cooling system cannot be applied to the mass concrete structures when cooling water supply is difficult. To control hydration heat of high strength mass foundation in the central area of city, closed loop pipe cooling system was developed to solve the cooling water supply. This paper reports the performance results of hydration heat control with closed loop pipe cooling system.

Recently, it has been often reported that recycling of wasted glasses should be a great topic in related business circles. For the environmental reasons, a public institution are looking fur the ways of recycling these waste glasses. Consequently, the purpose of this research is to recycle crushed and powdered waste glasses by substituting for the cement in mortar and concrete. First of all, the optimum replacement ratio of Powdered Waste Glasses(PWG) can be obtained from the pilot test results. Secondary, we make advances in recycling of waste glasses as recycled to make secondary concrete products. So, we manufactured concrete brick and block contained powdered waste glasses by through mortar pilot test.

This study is the fundamental report to propose the capability of discarded Bentonite by heat-treatment as concrete mineral admixture. The experiment is performed by flow test of mortar and by compressive strength of 7, 14, 28, 91 days, As a result of experiment about mortar using discarded Bentonite by heat-treatment, in the case of $500^{\circ}C$, $600^{\circ}C$, $700^{\circ}C$, $800^{\circ}C$.60min, compressive strength is superior to the every situation than plain Mortar. Especially, in the case of $700^{\circ}C$.60min, as strength activity index is measured by 109%, it can be applied as concrete mineral admixture. But, flow of Mortar using discarded Bentonite by heat-treatment is decreased about 2.5cm in the case of 30min and about 1.7cm in the case of 60min.

There is a problem to be solved for improvement of durability and safety for concrete When the waterproofing and anticorrosive work of main concrete are design, the material a of construction need to be correctly applied to appropriate circumstance conditions. Epoxy mostly been used for concrete water tank structure. Lately, lots of subjects on adaption res in mortar for waterproofing and anticorrosive are under discussion. Then, we attempt to approach by evaluating and comparing every capabilities with waterproofing materials in this experiment. Capability evaluation items include the bond age and curing conditions, the bond strength after accelerated weathering test and fret impact resistance, a mount of water, seepage quan Through the experiment analysis, we found that waterproofingtity, drinking water chemicals resistance. and anticorrosive resin mortar used with glass fiber cloth, inorgar material is dominantly superior to other waterproofing materials. According to this paper, we suggest the resin mortar as a new surface treatment material water tank structure.

Recently, the structure is higher and larger, so that the application of high-strength concrete is increased, And as the development of construction skills, it is possible to place during the winter. Concrete work during winter is indispensible to shorten time of completion and cut costs. When concrete work during winter is placed, it has anxiety that concrete freeze at low temperature. As repetition of concrete's freezing cause reduction of durability, it is necessary for mixing to pay attention to air content and W/C ratios. Accordingly, in this study, we estimate the frost resistance by air content and W/C ratios, and development of strength after early-frost damage in the high-strength concrete during the cold weather. In this study, it could be confirmed that factors which were air content, W/C ratios and early curing period, affected on the frost resistance.

The purpose of this study is for the active use of the fly ash, which is a by-product of the combustion pulverizes coal thermal power plants, to compensate for the lack of landfill and for conservation of energy, by using fly ash as the supplementary cementitious material, and to prove its possibility as the related products of the cement. First of all, the ordinary fly ash is grinded in a special method and its fineness is controlled from 6000$\textrm{cm}^2$/g to 8000$\textrm{cm}^2$/g, then replaced it with the 10% to 80% of the cement mortar in order to test physics characteristics. The first experiment conducts on the strength development in fly ash replacing content and fineness. and the changes of the flow values, incorporating fly ash into cement. The second one is about the slow development of the strength of the fly ash mortar in early ages, and improves its strength with the activator $Na_{2}SO_{4}$, using high volume fly ash.

This paper discusses the strength properties of the polymer-modified mortars using redispersible polymer powders, which is widely used for the manufacture of prepackaged-type polymer-modified mortar products at present. The polymer-modified mortars using redispersible polymer powders are prepared with various polymer-cement ratios, and tested for air content, flexural and compressive strengths, and tensile strength. The strength properties are almost the same as those of polymer dispersion-modified mortars, depending on the polymer-cement ratios, and are improved over unmodified mortar. In particular, between tensile strength and glass transition point of polymer powder have a high correlation. It is concluded from the test results that polymer-modified mortars using redispersible polymer powders can be used in the same manner as ordinary polymer dispersion-modified mortars.

The purpose of this study is to propose a formal process model considering the case of construction delay-claims.

Finally it will effect all over the construction process. Especially, In case of Underground construction in the beginning, there are a lot of a variable factor and it also effect on the entire construction process and it need rely careful process. The purpose of this study is to present the best suitable methodology fer selection of construction method by considering potential risk of construction method and variables together with external condition for Underground construction. The purpose of this study is to select the most suitable construction method by analysing potential conditions(Construction site situation and Client. Request in designing) To do this, We prepared arrangement rule to arrangement conditions for construction method. And then make Checklist the analyzing construction method. Though above process, To expect the risk of individual construction method using above risk checklist and using Analytic Hierarchy Process among Multiple-Criteria Decision Making, the professional opinions is to be adapted. By doing this, It can lead and select the most suitable considering method considering the data which get from risk density test.

The objectives of this research are to verify the structural stability and estimate the resisting performance of Stressed-Arch system during the construction process. Full scale models are taken to obtain the objective shape by the Dynamic Relaxation Method. As a result, it measured more strain than yielding strain at the extreme fiber of top chord member on the crown, but it is shown that members have the sufficiently compressive resisting performance as well as a considerable strain recovery capacity under unloading. Therefore, it is confirmed that Stressed-Arch system apparently have sufficient range of the structural capacity, but it is required that the elasto-plastic behavior of this system must be verified more detailed by numerical analysis and experiments.

With the social demands for tall building, the level of techniques for construction become high and there are various building materials. Also, the construction system become very complicated with the increase of worker. In spite of above facts, the method of construction management depends on the experimental capacity of a construction manager, and there are many unreasonable elements. These elements prevent well-going in construction process. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make a new system of construction management which is adequate for the condition of company and the contents of construction. In this study, the characteristic of production system and the present condition of construction management were investigated with the help of survey. Thus, the new method of construction management which can clear the previous problems was proposed.

In this study, I have researched into the causes of defects in apartment house, The results of this study are listed below. (1) Water leakages which result from land sinking and cracks, results of misuse of back filling method, are the main reason of defects in civil engineering work and architectural work. (2) Inexperience and unwillingness are the main reason of defects in plaster work. (3) In windows work and painting work, the main reasons are lacks of precision construction and efflorescence resulting from outdoor air, respectively. (4) Defects in waterproofing work and electric work result from fault construction by low unit Costs. (5) Equipment work requires uses of standardized construction materials and management, and landscape architecture work requires minimizing human mistakes, for instance, degin carelessness. For the reasons stated above, the causes of defects in apartment house are insufficient construction labors, inferior construction materials, urgent construction process time, and conscientiousless industrialists who only seek after a profit margin.

If we build new building after demolition of commercial building that is located in the downtown, it will be caused a social and environmental problem as wasting of resources and generating of waste. In this study, I investigated about remodel ins, this conclusion is given below. 1. Reconstruction cost is 2.1 times, and construction period is 1.4 times as much remodeling. So remodeling has an advantage. 2. For repairing and reinforcing timeworn building, we reinforced it as using carbon fiber sheet (girder, slab) and injecting method steel plate bonding Also, we tried to maintain efficiency of new building as using epoxy to protect concrete crack. 3. In the side of waste products and cost, remodeling has much more advantage than reconstruct. But demolition used construction period much. Because it had to be reused as repairing and reinforcing. And there was no difference between remodeling cost and reconstruct cost. If we develop research with enterprise.university.laboratory to exploit material and equipment and to train specialized engineer who will has a capacity to know construct repair and reinforce, it can be attribute to prevail remodeling in new construct market.

Recently, as the field of construction industrial is enlarged and the blanket control system is formed, the process plan considered from initial process formation to construction cost must be systematic and rational. So we have to propose and compose the new process formation system that divides the intention decisive property of construction data, its relationship and the data property according to process definitely and can express and control easily the public ownership of construction data and network process under the peculation control. So this study decides the field formation and construction data of the work according to the ordering and contract way to establish the process data system for the process plan, shows that the lot theory is necessary to form the economical construction field and proposes that the integrated formation system of construction data that is made by code system must be established.

The korean Standard of the length of steel bar is 6m and 8m for building structures. This paper is to investigate the length of steel bar to reduce the loss of steel bar comparing with the steel length(6m, 8m) using today. This research shows that using of the others length of steel bar(7m, 9m) is able to reduce the loss up to 2.27%.

Recently, lots of studies for high flowing concrete have been suggested under practical use that it is only a way to solve the confronted problem. However, most studies have been concentrated on the manufacture method and properties of fresh concrete, but there is few studies for the durability of hardened concrete, specially for the freezing and thawing. Therefore this study is to investigate for the resistance of high-flowing concrete using finely ground granulated furnace blast slag to frost with experimental parameters, such as binder, ratio of replacement of granulated furnace blast slag, superplasticizer, curing method and blain surface area of granulated furnace blast slag.

This study examinated the application in construction field and the development of waterproofing material system by the spray water-soluble rubber asphalt to solve the problems of synthetic polymer sheet and gio membrane(A mat sheet of Bentonite) that had been used domestic waterproofing material in advance. As the result of study, characters of study water-souble rubber asphalt are the follows; 1) The amount of water absorption was '0.06'g and the seepage quantity was '0'g in result. 2) The tensile strength was about 30.7kgf/$cm^2$ and the elongation was about 72.4% in result. 3) After reliance of temperature test had been ended, the tensile strength was about 72.4kg/$cm^2$ in low temperature and about 30.7kgf/$cm^2$ in normal temperature. 4) After acid and alkaline treatment had been ended, the tensile strength was about 19.7kgf/$cm^2$ and about 21.9kgf/$cm^2$ in result. 5) After chlorine ion treatment had been ended, the tensile strength was 28.5kgf/$cm^2$ and the elongation was 250% in result. So, this study can propose the spray water-soluble rubber asphalt to satisfy the security and durability of waste filled land.
