Plan to Promote Local Economy Using Local Cultural Capital and ICT Content

지역 문화자본과 ICT콘텐츠를 활용한 지역경제 촉진 방안

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of digital content using local cultural infrastructure and tangible and intangible cultural assets on gross regional domestic product (GRDP) as a way to promote the local economy. To verify the impact of content and cultural capital on the gross regional domestic product per capita (GRDP) to be used in this study, the dependent variable was the gross regional product per capita, and the independent variable was the content industry (sales, number of businesses, number of employees). The mediating and controlling variables were cultural capital, cultural infrastructure, and tangible and intangible cultural assets. The research results are as follows. First, in the content industry, the highest influence on per capita gross regional domestic product (GRDP) was found to be the number of businesses, followed by sales. Second, the number of cultural infrastructures was found to have a complete mediating effect in the relationship between the number of content industry businesses and the per capita gross regional domestic product (GRDP). Third, tangible and intangible cultural assets, which are cultural capital, were found to regulate the number of content industry businesses and the gross regional domestic product (GRDP) per capita. Based on these conclusions, a plan to promote the local economy of Jeollanam-do using local cultural capital and ICT content was presented.

본 연구 목적은 지역 경제를 촉진하기 위한 방안으로 지역내총생산(GRDP)에 지역 문화기반시설과 유무형문화재를 활용한 디지털 콘텐츠의 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용할 1인당 지역내총생산(GRDP)에 미치는 콘텐츠 및 문화자본을 검증하고자 종속변수는 1인당 지역내총생산으로 하였고, 독립변수는 콘텐츠산업(매출, 사업체수, 종사자수)로 하였다. 매개변수와 조절변수는 문화자본인 문화기반시설과 유무형문화재로 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콘텐츠산업에서 1인당 지역내총생산에 미치는 영향력이 제일 높은 것은 콘텐츠산업 사업체수로 나타났고, 다음으로 매출로 나타났다. 둘째, 콘텐츠산업 사업체수와 1인당 지역내총생산과의 관계에서 문화기반시설수는 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 문화자본인 유무형문화재는 콘텐츠산업 사업체수와 1인당 지역내총생산(GRDP)을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결론을 중심으로 지역 문화자본과 ICT콘텐츠를 활용한 전라남도 지역경제 촉진 방안을 제시하였다.
