Abstract
The cultural property is located near the site, and the vibration management is very strict to protect it. It is designed as a mechanical excavation method in consideration of the cultural property. However, the low-vibration blasting method using electronic detonators was proposed due to concerns about the decline of construct ability and economic feasibility of the mechanical excavation method. As a result of the test blasting, it was confirmed that blasting vibration was reduced by 55~88% compared to the allowable vibration value, and blasting noise was reduced by up to 17.2% compared to the allowable value. As a result of considering the damage range for the safety things and the cultural property nearby, the safety of the low-vibration blasting method was confirmed. Through this, the mechanical excavation method was changed to the low-vibration blasting method.
당 현장 인근에 문화재가 위치하고 이를 보호하기 위해 진동관리가 매우 엄격하게 이루어지고 있으며, 문화재를 고려하여 기계식 굴착공법으로 설계되어 있다. 하지만 기계식 굴착공법의 시공성과 경제성 저하가 우려되어 전자뇌관을 이용한 미진동 발파공법을 검토하게 되었다. 시험발파 결과, 발파진동은 허용 진동치 대비 55~88%, 발파소음은 허용치 대비 최대 17.2% 저감되는 것을 확인하였다. 인근의 보안물건과 문화재에 대한 영향범위를 고려한 결과, 미진동 발파공법의 안전성을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 기계식 굴착공법을 미진동 발파공법으로 설계변경을 실시하였다.
