NCS 분류체계에 따른 보건학 전공 현장맞춤형 교육과정 개선방안 연구

A Study on How to Improve Field-Oriented Curriculum of Public Health by NCS Classification System

초록

현재 4년제 대학의 경우 NCS 기반 교과과정을 개편하려는 시도가 일부 대학에서 이루어지고 있으나 NCS 활용 성과가 미진하여 현장 연계가 힘든 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서 4년제 대학 보건학 전공 교육과정에 NCS 적용 가능성을 탐색한 결과 현재 건강증진, 보건정책 등의 전공에 NCS 능력단위를 매핑하기 어려움이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 보건의료산업 수요를 파악하고 NCS 기반 교육과정에 표준화되지 않은 직무에 대하여 추가적인 교육과정 개발이 필요하다.

Although some of universities currently try to reform the NCS-based curriculum, the performance of using NCS is not satisfactory, and therefore, it is not easily connected with the field. This paper verified that it is difficult for the curriculum of health promotion and health policy to reflect the current NCS, by exploring whether NCS ability units can be applied to it in universities. It is necessary to understand the future demand of health and medical industry and develop additional curriculum for non-standard jobs in the NCS-curriculum.
