Revitalization of BIM, starting with the guidelines of the domestic Public Procurement Service, is steadily increasing. On the other hand, it is difficult to effectively utilize BIM due to obstacles such as low level of awareness of BIM necessity, and lack of accessibility of BIM production tool education. The solution for this problem, the research of quantitative indicators preceded by comparing the existing method and the BIM method; however, the qualitative factors of work efficiency had not been considered. Accordingly, the study derives qualitative factors affecting efficiency of BIM work and evaluates the concernment of each factors. The establishment of qualitative factors and importance of assessment were conducted through expert advice and questionnaire; and the importance of each factor was analyzed through AHP technique. Importance is the priority for efficiency of work, and it presents an effective plan when establishing a BIM work plan.
