At the adaxial of the leaf blade, the content of Ca2+ and Mg2+ increased by 47% in the 2 weeks, 454% in the 4 weeks, and 52% in the 8 weeks, and abaxial of the leaf blade, the content of Ca2+ and Mg2+ increased 48% in the 2 weeks, 539% in the 4 weeks, 13% in the 8 weeks. The contents of Ca2+ and Mg2+ increased the most at 4 weeks after nutrient application.
