Abstract

Modern society, the advancement of technology and the tip of, due to rapid urbanization, have been exposed to the disaster and the large Philosopher accidents caused by natural disasters and social disaster. Administrator of the multi-use facilities by "Framework act on the management of disasters and safety Article 34 6" in preparation for the crisis, has been defined so as to create a manual of the crisis situation. Therefore, in this study, to create a crisis situation in the manual of the A building is a plurality of available facilities, prior to the development, risk assessment of Risk management process provided by the ISO31000; the execution process (RA Risk Assessment) based on the identification of risk, risk analysis, we conducted a risk assessment, further implement the disaster safety inspection, you try to set and determine the major risks and crisis situation of the a building.
