Abstract
This study aimed to identify the relationships between the quality and image of school meal service and satisfaction perceived from high school students and to access the moderating effect of its distribution types. For the empirical analysis, this study used SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 and conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and chi-square difference test.
