U-헬스케어를 위한 스마트폰 활용 기술 동향 및 문제점 분석

Abstract

최근 들어, 스마트폰이 다양한 종류의 센서와 무선 네트워크 인터페이스를 탑재됨에 따라, U-헬스케어 서비스 분야에서 환자 또는 의료진에게 스마트폰 기반의 의료용 애플리케이션을 제공하기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 스마트폰은 PC와 달리 사용자에게 이동성을 제공하고, 아울러 GPS, 가속도 센서 등을 비롯한 다양한 센서를 기본적으로 장착하고 있기 때문에 다양한 모바일 헬스케어 서비스에 활용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 기반의 U-헬스케어 응용 서비스 구조를 제시하고, 현재 국내/외에서 개발된 U-헬스케어 모바일 애플리케이션들을 분석하고, 마지막으로, 스마트폰 기반 U-헬스케어 서비스의 실현하기 위한 기술적 문제점 및 기술 동향을 알아본다.
