Abstract
Purpose: To assess the satisfaction, attitude, dissatisfaction and general opinion of radiologic reports on the plain radiography, except for chest plain radiographies. Materials and Methods: A questionnaire was distributed to the 63 physicians of our hospital. The questionnaire aimed to investigate physician's general attitude, dissatisfaction and opinions. The responses elicited, as well as discrepancies among residents, staff, medical clinicians and surgical clinicians were assessed. Chi-square and t-tests were used to determine the value of the data. Results: The mean rate of satisfaction for the reading report by medical clinicians (64%) was higher than surgical clinicians (25%) (p < 0.001). The mean satisfaction score was 3.1 (2.8-3.61). The main cause for dissatisfaction was the absence of reports when they were needed, especially for residents. Conclusion: The medical clinician's dependence on radiologic reports was higher than that of the surgical clinicians. The satisfaction score was in the middle range and the main cause of dissatisfaction was absence of the reports when they were needed.
목적: 흉부를 제외한 단순촬영판독에 대한 임상의들의 만족도와 불만족에 관한 전반적인 의견을 설문 조사를 통하여 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 임상 각과의 전문의 및 전공의 63명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 설문은 총 11개 문항으로 판독에 대한 의존도, 도움을 준 정도, 만족도, 불만족에 대한 이유, 판독 자체에 대한 필요성 유무와 이유 그리고 기타 바라는 의견(서술형) 등으로 구성하였다. 의존도와 도움을 준 정도에 있어서는 구간별로 세분화하였고 만족도는 0~5점 사이의 점수를 매기도록 하였다. 임상의들을 전문의와 전공의, 내과계와 외과계로 구분하여 각 집단간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는지를 알아보았다. 결과: 내과계가 외과계에 비해서 판독문을 읽는 경우가 많았고 통계적으로 유의하였다(p < 0.001). 만족도를 점수로 평가한 항목에서는 평균 값이 2.8~3.61이었고(총 평균 3.1) 각 군간의 유의한 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 보지 않는 이유는 전문의들은 판독이 안되어 있다는 이유와 환자 진료를 빨리 하기 위함이라는 답이 비슷했고 전공의들은 판독이 안되어있다는 이유가 많았다. 결론: 흉부를 제외한 단순촬영판독에서 내과계열 임상의들의 의존도가 외과계열보다 높았다. 판독에 대한 만족도는 중간 정도이며 판독에 의지하지 않는 가장 큰 이유는 판독이 원하는 시간에 되어있지 않아서였다.
