Abstract

Granular cell tumors (GCTs) are uncommon benign neurogenic tumors that can be found at any site in the body including the tongue, skin, subcutaneous tissue, breast, gastrointestinal, and urogenital systems. We report here the CT and ultrasonographic findings of a case of granular cell tumor that occurred in the abdominal wall of a 44-year-old woman.

과립세포종양(granular cell tumor)은 구강, 피부, 피하조직, 유방, 소화기계와 비뇨생식계를 비롯한 다양한 장기에서 발생할 수 있는 말초 신경세포 기원의 드문 양성 종양이다. 저자들은 44세 여자의 복벽에서 발생한 과립세포종양을 경험하였기에 전산화단층촬영과 초음파 소견에 대하여 보고하고자 한다.
