초록

폐의 엽무발생(lobar agenesis)은 선천성 폐 발생 기형의 드문 형태로 흔히 편측성으로 생긴다. 양측 폐엽의 무발생은 저자들이 아는 바로는 보고된 적이 없다. 저자들은 40세 여자에서 양측 상엽의 무발생 증례를 보고하고자 한다.

Pulmonary lobar agenesis is a rare entity of developmental anomalies which is usually unilateral. To the best of our knowledge, bilateral lobar agenesis has not yet been reported in the literature. We report a case of lobar agenesis of both upper lobes in a 40-year-old female.
