In vitro Propagation and Ex vitro Rooting of Tectona grandis (L.f ), APNBV-1 Clone

An efficient in vitro plant regeneration system was developed through shoot proliferation from axillary buds of Tectona grandis (L.f), APNBV-1 (Andhra Pradesh North Badrachalam Venkatapuram-1) clone. Multiple shoots of high quality were produced in vitro from axillary bud explants.
