Analysis User's Business Performance in Medium and Small Enterprises Information System

Abstract

This study investigates to information medium and small enterprises and analyzed how enterprise's integration information system affects to business users. Many medium and small enterprises are introducing and operate new integrated system for latest several years, but it is suffering difficulty in substantial business analysis as unstable system, maintenance and insufficiency of management controls. Therefore, in this study, tried to analyze common problem and solution to enterprise which is operating integration information system stably. Designed study model and research hypothesis to variable of information level, system availability, information availability, information creation level, service availabilities for this analysis. This studγ got conclusion as following. First, If system usefulness, information usefulness, information creation level, service usefulness are high, Analysis result about user business performance appeared very positive effect. Second, Analyzed to which lack a little user realization about information level in details measured variable. This study will be able to become data that is useful in stable system introduction in various field of industry of medium and small enterprises hereafter.

본 연구는 기업의 통합정보시스템이 업무 사용자들에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 정보화 중소기업을 대상으로 조사.분석하였다. 최근 몇 년 동안 많은 중소기업들은 새로운 통합시스템을 도입 및 운영하고 있지만 시스템의 불안정. 유지 및 관리통제의 미흡 등으로 실질적인 업무성과 분석에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 비교적 안정적으로 시스템을 운영하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 통합정보시스템을 측정하여 공통적인 문제점과 대안을 분석하고자 하였다. 이러한 분석을 위하여 정보화수준, 시스템 유용성, 정보 유용성, 정보생성 수준, 서비스 유용성 등의 변수를 대상으로 연구모형과 연구가설을 설계하였다. 본 연구는 다음과 같이 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 시스템 유용성, 정보 유용성, 정보생성 수준, 서비스 유용성이 좋을수록 사용자 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 세부 측정 변수에서는 정보화수준에 대한 사용자 인식이 다소 부족한 것으로 분석되었다 본 연구는 향후 중소기업의 다양한 산업 분야에서 안정적인 시스템 도입에 유용한 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.
