Abstract

Four compounds, luteolin(1), quercetin(2) astragalin(3), rutin(4), were isolated from the methanol extract of the all part of Polytrichum commune. on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. These compounds have not been isolated from this plant.

솔이끼의 MeOH 추출물을 $CHCl_3$, EtOAc 및 BuOH로 용매 분획하여 $CHCl_3$ 분획으로부터 5,7,3',4'-tetra hydroxy flavone 분리하였고 EtOAc 분획에서 3,3',4',5,7-pentahydroxy-2-phenylchromen-4-one과 kaemperol-3-O-$\beta$-D-glucopy-ranoside를 분리하였다. BuOH분획으로부터는 quercetin-3-O-rutinoside을 분리하여 그 구조를 규명하였다. 솔이끼에서 이 물질들은 처음 분리 되어 보고되는 것이다.
