Abstract
This study was carried out to investigate the conditions of liquid culture and fruiting body formation of Cordyceps militaris using grain mediacontained the brown rice and black purple rice. Liquid mycelial growth and density of Cordyceps militaris were the highest in the medium of malt extract 0.7% and pH 5.0~5.5.
