LBS를 위한 무선 노드 위치 인식 기법

Abstract

최근 무선 네트워크를 기반으로 한 다양한 서비스 모델이 제안됨에 따라 이와 관련된 활발한 연구 활동이 진행 중이다. 이러한 연구주제의 한 분야로서, 무선 노드의 위치 정보를 활용한 기술은 향후 무선 네트워크 서비스에 중요한 기술적 토대가 될 것으로 예상된다. 위치 인식 기술은 질적으로 우수한 서비스 제공 및 서비스의 다양화를 위해 필수적인 기술로서 그 중요성은 더욱 높아 질 것으로 예상된다. 본 원고에서는 무선 네트워크에 대한 수요를 충족시키기 위한 위치정보기반의 서비스(LBS)를 위해 그 동안 연구된 무선 노드의 위치 인식 기법을 정리하였고, 이를 이용한 응용 서비스에 대하여 설명하였다.
