초록

GSM/EDGE는 이동통신 기술로 현재 가장 널리 보급된 기술이다. 본 고에서는 최근 3GPP TSG GERAN에서 GSM/EDGE의 성능 향상 및 서비스 품질 개선을 위해 진행하고 있는 GERAN 진화 시스템의 물리계층 표준에 도입된 주요 기술에 대하여 소개한다.
