u-헬스케어를 위한 TMO기반의 액티브 모델

초록

본 논문에서는 기존의 연구되었던 u-헬스케어지원 분산 프레임워크에 기반을 두고 다양한 헬스케어 홈서비스를 지원하기 위해 적응형 정보 공유 서비스를 제공하는 액티브 모델을 제안한다. 또한 이를 실시간 헬스케어 홈서비스에 적용하였다. 제안한 모델은 홈 네트워크의 물리적인 환경과 헬스케어를 위한 센서, 장치 그리고 기기들로부터 수집된 데이타 및 가공된 정보를 사용자의 상황에 따라 정보 서비스를 제공한다. 기 구축된 헬스케어 데이타베이스의 정보를 이용하며, 서로 다른 주기적인 특성을 해결하기 위해 TMO 스킴을 이용하여 액티브 모델을 구현하였다. 특히, 분산 객체그룹 프레임워크(Distributed Object Group Framework:DOGF)를 기반으로 u-헬스케어를 지원하기 위한 분산 프레임워크와 다양한 헬스케어 홈서비스 간에 적응형 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 상호작용에 중점을 두어 기술하였다. 끝으로 본 모델을 헬스케어 모니터링 서비스에 적용하여 수행 결과 및 성능 평가를 보였다.

In this paper, we propose the active model based on the distributed object group framework which provides adaptive information sharing service to support it to various Healthcare home service. And we applied it to Healthcare home service. This proposed model provides information that collected from physical environment of the home network and sensors for healthcare service according to situation of the user. We uses information of the healthcare information database which was constructed previously, and we uses TMO scheme for to solve each other different periodic qualify. Specialty, We wrote about interaction of various Healthcare Home services for adaptive information services, and wrote about u-healthcare framework based on DOGF. Finally, we apply active model to healthcare monitoring service, and we showed its result and performance evaluation.
