Abstract

The purposes of this study are to examine the relative importance of the factors influencing the knowledge creation and work performance and to search the strategies for effective knowledge management. The results of covariance structural analyses indicate that the factors-work process, attitudes of employees, leaderships of the executives significantly influence knowledge creation and the three factors also have significant indirect effects on work performance via knowledge creation. Based on the results, the potential implications of the strategy for effective knowledge management are discussed.
