Abstract
Objectives: Recently, angiogenesis has gained an increasing interest as a prognostic factor in breast cancer. In this study we aimed to assess the anti angiogenic effects of HAD, a botanical anticancer remedy which has been prescribed in Daejeon University Oriental Hospital in Korea, on patients with breast carcinoma by measuring the serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF) and platelets levels.
