Abstract
Purpose : To evaluate radiation dose and accuracy with TLD and diode detector when treat total skin with electron beam. Materials and Methods : Using Stanford Technique, we treated patient with Mycosis Fungoides. 6 MeV electron beam of LINAC was used and the SSD was 300 cm. Also, acrylic speller(0.8 cm) was used. 목적 : 전자선을 이용하여 전신피부를 치료할 경우, 조사되는 피부선량과 정확도를 열형광 선량계(TLD)와 반도체(Diode) 검출기를 이용하여 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 본원에 내원한 다발성 발적을 보이는 균상식육종(Mycosis fungoides) 환자를 대상으로 스텐포드 테크닉(Stanford technique)을 시행하였다. 선형가속기의 6MeV 전자선을 SSD 300 cm에서 0.8 cm의 아크릴 스포일러를 사용하여 6개 자세로 각 자세 당 gantry각도
