The Effects of Inhibited on Superoxide radical to Grifola umbellata Extract on Mice

생쥐에서 저령 추출물에 의한 Superoxide radical 제거 효과

In this study, the inhibited effects on superoxide radical of Grifola umbellata hot water extracts (Gu-extract) on mice were investigated. The intraperitoneal administration of Gu-extract for 2 days increased swimming time by 1.8 fold, indicating that the extract might contained some anti-fatigue compound(s). The extract inhibited superoxide radical formation by 22% as compared to control, but not lipid peroxidation.

본 연구에서는 저령(Grifola umbellata)의 균핵을 끓여 추출물을 얻어 이것이 실험용 생쥐에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 생쥐에 저령 열수 추출물(100 mg/kg 체중)을 1일 1회 2일간 복강투여 했을 때 암 발생의 원인이 될 수 있는 superoxide radical의 생성은 대조군에 비해 약 22% 가량 억제되었으나, 지방과산화는 대조군과 별다른 차이를 보이지 않았다. 반면에 항피로능은 대조군에 비해 추출물 투여군의 유영기간이 약 1.8배 가량 증가되어 저령의 열수 추출물에 항피로 효과성분이 있음을 알 수 있었다.
