Abstract
The purpose of this research was to analyze the correlation of development conditions and residential satisfaction in apartment housing through the case study of 36 housing estate samples which were built in 1994-1998. The contents of this research consisted of two main parts. The first part was to identify development conditions, which might have an influence on residential satisfaction. The second part was to analyze the characteristics of residential satisfaction based on the identified development conditions, which might express the correlation of development conditions and residential satisfaction in apartment housing. this research will contribute to promoting the quality of residential environment in Korea.
