미성년자 원조교제의 사회문화적 구성에 관한 탐색적 연구

A Preliminary Study for Socio-Cultural Construction of the Adolescents' Won-Jo-Kyo-Je

본 연구는 한국 사회에서 문제시 되고 있는 원조교제에 대한 중학생, 고등학생들의 의식을 알아봄으로써 원조교제의 사회문화적 구성성 및 사회적 합의에 대한 문제점을 제시하고자 했다. 일본 사회에서도 원조교제는 범죄 행동으로 인식되지 못하고 있고, 한국 사회에서도 최근 원조교제를 한 성인들의 신상이 공개되지 전까지 법적인 제재에 관한 논란이 무성한 실정이었다. 이는 한국 사회에서 청소년에 관한 성범죄의 심각성이 간과되고 있으며, 그 대처방안이 미약함을 증명하는 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구자들은 원조교제에 대한 청소년들의 의식을 통해 원조교제가 우리사회에서 어떻게 구성되어 가고 있으며, 청소년들의 원조교제에 대한 의식은 어떠한지를 분석, 향후 원조교제 대처의 방향으로 삼을 수 있도록 하기 위해 본 연구를 실시했다.

The present paper was to explore the attitude of middle and high school students for Won-jo-kyo-je which, recently, has been a social issue. The present authors would like to, at first, suggest that it needs to be social consensus about Won-jo-kyo-je as a adolescent's prostitution in Korean society. Nowadays, Won-jo-kyo-je is socially issued and bring into legal problem. Thus, we tried to investigate the properties of Won-jo-kyo-je through analysing student's awareness about it and concluded that it is the same as prostitution.
