목적: 본 연구에서는 게이트 심근관류 SPECT영상에서 산란보정이 심근관류와 좌심실 기능 평가에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 연구대상은 정상인 지원자 11명(A군), 흉통을 호소하였으나 관상동맥질환을 발견할 수 없었던 20명(B군), 관상동맥질환이 확인된 13명(C군)이었으며, A군과 B군을 정상군으로, 그리고 C군을 질환군으로 분류하였다. 연령은 A군 43세(
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of scatter correction on the assessment of myocardial perfusion and left ventricular function by gated Tc-99m myocardial SPECT. Materials and Methods: Subjects were 11 normal volunteers, 20 patients with non-cardiac chest pain and 13 patients with coronary artery diseases. We classified above 3 groups into normal and diseased groups. Scatter correction was done using dual-energy-window scatter correction method (DEW-SC). We compared acquired counts, image contrast, corrected maximum relative counts, indices of left ventricular function, extent and severity of perfusion defects calculated by 'CEqual program' between scatter non-corrected and corrected images.
