초록

최근 이동통신의 발달로 좀더 효율적인 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 전압제어발진기로 두 가지 서비스를 가능하게 하는 양대역 전압제어발진기의 두가지 형태를 제시한다. 첫 번째 형태는 스위치를 이용하여 공진주파수만을 조절한 회로이고, 두 번째 형태는 독립적인 전압제어발진기 두개를 효율적으로 연결한 형태를 가진다.

In this paper, we propose two types of dual-mode voltage cont.oiled oscillators (VCO) for PCS/IMT-2000 applications. One is a VCO with controllable resonant circuit. The other type is a VCO with single output and two independent parts.
