초록

The crystallization behavior of the blends of poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) and poly(vinyl acetate)(PVAc), ethylene/vinyl acetate(20/80) copolymer(PEVAc80), and ethylene/vinyl acette(30/70) copolymer(PEVAc 70) has been studied using a polarizing microscope equipped with a heating stage and a differential scanning calorimeter. From the melting point depression, the values of interaction energy density B were calcualted to be -1.1681, -1.1925, and 0.0133(㎈/㎤), and the interaction parameter $\chi$$_{12}$ was found to be -0.0962, -0.0751, and 0.0008, respectively, at 172.5$^{\circ}C$. These results indicate that PEVAc80 is most miscible with PVDF and PEVAc70 is least miscible with PVDF. The spherulitic growth rate G, of the PVDF/PVAc, PVDF/PEVAc80, and PVDF/PEVAc70 blends was investigated at various crystallization temperatures and blend compositions. As the concentration of PVAc and PEVAc80 increased, the rate of crystallization was slowed down drastically. The rate of crystallization was fastest in PVDF/PEVAc70 blends, while PVDF/PEVAc80 blend showed the slowest rate of crystallization.n.
