Some Promotive Strategies of Teacher's Information Literacy Licensing System

교원정보소양인증제도 활성화 방안 연구

Much effort went into the TILLS(Teacher's Information Literacy Licensing System) that Education Reform Committee had proposed and Offices of Education operate now. But TILLS is faced with a crisis due to some problem that makes difficulty of working well in process of running. Here we investigate the problem and suggest that is follows. First, we research for the meaning of "Teacher's Information Literacy" for establishing a pertinent estimate standard. Second, we analyse treatises and found some operational problem on that system. Third we suggest a strategy for promotion of that system.

교육개혁위원회의 제안에서 출발하여 현 교육청에서 시행되고 있는 교원정보소양인증제는 많은 연구와 노력이 있어왔음에도 불구하고 그 시행과정상에서 몇가지 문제점으로 인하여 본래의 의도를 실현하기 어려운 과도기적 위기를 맞고 있다. 본 연구에서는 본래 취지에 부합하는 교원정보소양인증제의 올바른 정착을 위하여 첫째, 교원에게 있어서 적합한 기준안설정을 위한 정보소양인증의 개념을 탐구하고, 둘째, 개념을 바탕으로 기존 교원정보소양인증제 관련 연구를 분석하며, 셋째, 교원정보소양인증제 실시현황과 그 내용을 살펴보고, 마지막으로 탐구 과정에서 도출되는 문제점과 그에 따른 대웅 방안을 제시하였다.
