Abstract
In vivo administration of Leucostim, a human recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), was evaluated for the effects on survival, hematologic recovery, and colony forming unit- spleen (CFU-5) in murine bone marrow transplantation (BMT) model.
