전기자극이 흰쥐 창상 표피세포의 핵소체형성부위에 미치는 영향을 규명할 목적으로 Sprague-Dawley계 수컷 흰쥐 24마리의 등애 15mm의 절개창을 만들고 봉합한 후 각각 4일 7일 대조군 및 전기자극에 각각 6마리씩 무작위로 배치하고 전기자극군 흰쥐의 에 전극을 부착한 후 맥동빈도 0.5pps, 전류량
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of microamperage electrical stimulation on the number of argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR) in rat skin.
