액체크로마토그라프(HPLC)에 의해 분석한 결과 아스파탐의 경우 시리얼 등 대상품목 총 9종 239품목 중 껌 7품목에서 233.6 mg/kg, 캔디류 6품목에서 3308.0 mg/kg, 주류 4품목에서 41.6 mg/kg, 탄산음료 1품목에서 166.9 mg/kg, 아이스크림 1품목에서 229.2 mg/kg, 발효유 3품목에서 61.3 mg/kg이 검출되었으며 일일추정섭취량은
This study has been carried out to estimate the amount of the daily intake on artificial sweetener(aspartame and sodium saccharin) and antioxidants(propyl gallate, BHA, BHT and TBHQ) in food consumed by Korean. The mean daily intake for each food item were obtained from the report of National Nutrition Survey carried by Ministry of Health and Welfare in 1997. The contents of artificial sweetener and antioxidants have been analyzed by HPLC. Aspartame was detected on 22 of 239 samples in the range of
