Fine Structure of Compound Eye Surface of 2 Species belong to 2 Genera in Korean Laphriinae(Asilidae, Diptera, Insecta)

한국산(韓國産) 벌파리매아과(亞科)(파리매과(科),파리목(目),곤충강(綱)) 2속(屬) 2종(種)의 복안(複眼)표면 미세구조

The fine structure on the compound eye surface of 2 species(Choerades isshikii (Matsumura), Laphria rufa R$\ddot{o}$der) belong to 2 genera of Laphriinae in Korea was morphologically studied with a scanning electron microscope and image analyser. The compound eye was divided into 3 parts(medial, middle, and lateral) according to a difference in the diameter of a facet. The fine structure of a facet in the medial and middle part was characteristic in Korean Laphriinae. And this morphological character was valuable in taxonomy because of the fine structure was differ from each genus.

한국산 벌파리매아과(亞科)에 속하는 2속(屬) 2종(種)(뚱보파리매(Choerades isshikii (Matsumura), 빨간뒤영벌파리매(Laphria rufa R$\ddot{o}$der))의 복안표면 미세구조를 형태학적으로 연구하였다. 채집된 건조표본의 복안을 주사전자현미경과 화상분석시스템을 이용하여 관찰 및 촬영, 측정하였다. 2속(屬) 2종(種)에서 공통적으로 복안의 개안표면직경은 부분에 따라 큰 차이를 보였으며 이에 따라 내측과 중간부, 외측이 구분되었다. 복안의 내측과 중간부의 개안표면에서는 특정적인 미세구조가 관찰되었으며 2속(屬)에서 형태적 차이를 보여 속(屬) 수준의 분류에 유용하였다.
